Kazunori Yamauchi to Appear at Gamers’ Day in Saudi Arabia

Gran Turismo Sport 7 October 2, 2017 by

As a public figure in the gaming industry, Kazunori Yamauchi is a frequent attendee of gaming shows and expos. The next event on the GT series creator’s docket is Gamers’ Day in Saudi Arabia.

Announced via the event’s Twitter account, Yamauchi will visit the Middle East on October 12. Gamers’ Day SA is the country’s biggest gaming expo and PlayStation is a major sponsor of the event. The company has been a strategic partner for Gamers’ Day since 2008 and it’s likely this has led to Yamauchi’s appearance. GT Sport is due to launch this month worldwide, so the timing couldn’t be better for Saudi GT fans who want to pick Kaz’s brain.

If you’re interested in attending Gamers’ Day SA, tickets are available now. Pick up a Day Two ticket if you fancy meeting Polyphony’s head of studio. The event is celebrating its 10th birthday and attendees will get the chance to play the hottest upcoming releases. Other special guests from PlayStation will be there too, including important members of the Horizon Zero Dawn team. Gamers’ Day SA will take place in Riyadh at the King Abdullah Park between October 11–14.
