Less than a week remains until we finally lay our hands on the latest pile of Porsche cars in Assetto Corsa. As previously announced — and heavily teased since — this upcoming pack will again showcase the wide variety of models from Porsche’s history, with road and race cars both new and old on offer.

The leading Porsche Pack 1 paid DLC brought a total of seven new vehicles last month (with a freebie Panamera made available to everybody). This pack offers a handful of similar cars to the first — the 718 Boxster versus 718 Cayman, road-going Cayman GT4 versus race-ready GT4 Clubsport — but adds a brace of historic race cars as well as a modern Le Mans winner:

  • 718 Spyder RS
  • 718 Boxster S Manual Transmission
  • 718 Boxster S PDK
  • 962c Long Tail
  • 962c Short Tail
  • 911 GT1
  • 911 GT3 RS
  • 919 Hybrid 2015
  • Cayman GT4

You can obtain Porsche Pack 2 from Steam starting on November 22. Unfortunately, PS4 and Xbox One owners will have to wait a bit longer, as Kunos has still not announced a release date for the first pack on consoles. Stop by our Assetto Corsa forum for more news and discussions.

To be honest the problem is not about Kunosbut about Sony and MS…
Kunos has the DLC ready for consoles too but they mustwaitthe approval ofSony and MS to release them…
      It’s just a matter of time…

When is it coming? And is it to late already, nobody is online with this game nobody! And its sad, when it came out there was people in the lobbies. You can’t blame Sony or MS and where is the red pack? The came out way before the first Porsche pack.

You can absolutely blame Sony and MS for the delay, because it is their approval processes that are causing it. Also, the Red Pack coming out before the first Porsche Pack on PC doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with when it is ready for and able to be released on consoles.
