Rare Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 Available With This Weekend’s Forzathon

Forza Horizon 3 101 September 16, 2017 by

The final full weekend of summer — yes, really — brings with it another batch of Forzathon events for Forza Horizon 3 players.

This week’s events aren’t exactly a surprise. Earlier this month, Turn 10 detailed all of the future events right through to November. Nonetheless, players looking to grab the big four-wheeled prize this week — a 911 GT3 RS 4.0 — will need to do some planning.

The “Together” achievement requires you to complete three co-op races online. That does mean an XBL subscription is needed, as well as a partner in crime. Need one of the latter? Head to our FH3 forums.

In addition to the Porsche-gifting challenge, this week’s list holds the usual prizes of XP, credits, and wheelspins. The full quartet is below:

  • Arts & Crafts – Complete a Bucket List Challenge that ends in Byron Bay to earn 55,000 XP
  • What A View – Get 3 Stars on the Byron’s Leap Danger Sign to win 3 Wheelspins
  • Together – Complete 3 Co-Op Races to win the Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0
  • Hippity Hoppity – Perform 10 Kangaroo Skills to receive 55,000 CR

This week’s set of events isn’t just the last one of the summer: it’s also the last one before gamers will get a chance to try Forza Motorsport 7. The demo for that game goes live this Tuesday — and it too will carry on the Forzathon feature.

As ever, if you’re looking for tips and tricks for this weekend’s events, head to the dedicated forum thread. The events wrap up Sunday, September 17.
