The Always Up-To-Date Need for Speed Payback Car List

Need For Speed Payback 62 October 27, 2017 by

After an insanely busy couple weeks in the world of sim racing, Ghost Games has revealed the full car list for its arcade racer, Need for Speed Payback.

We’ll cut right to the chase: the game features 79 cars from over two dozen manufacturers. It’s a healthy bump over 2015’s Need for Speed, and that’s with two notable absences on the list. We already found out Toyota would be a no-show during the summer, but the reveal also confirms Ferrari will be sitting Payback out.

It’s disappointing, but not entirely surprising. In the previous game, Ferraris had incredibly limited customization options compared to other cars. In a title that’s as focused on personalization as NFS, Ferrari never felt like the most natural of fits.

If you’re wondering about options for starter cars this go-round, Ghost also revealed that:

  • Buick Regal GNX (1987)
  • Honda S2000 (AP2)
  • Land Rover Defender 110 Double Cab Pickup
  • Volkswagen Golf GTi (1976)

The quartet should provide something for everyone. For the full list, take a glance below. Need For Speed Payback arrives in two weeks (November 10) on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
