These teams don't get much for prize money, $25,000 to win this (Glen) race for Prototypes.
Oh, and don't forget the limited edition bottle of Gran Patrón Platinum for each of the 4 races. app $200 each

Beautiful car. Simply stunning. Aero paint guys know their chrome. That's the 2nd year in a row that Dunn has hopped on the 60 for the Sahlen's 6

Yes the cars up close look really good with the Aero liquid metal finishes. That is not silver, but chrome.

I will be attending this race. Looking to there by noon on Friday and camping track side between turns 9 and 10, section D 7.

Sad to say I'm with you on that, cnd. I'm thinking WGI will favor the DP over the P2. I'll be rooting for OAK and Mazda anyway.

The battle in GT-LM is what I'm really looking forward to though.

From testing data, actually ESM is 0.5 a lap faster than the DP team that was testing with them there, but I think all the traffic will play into the DP's favor just like it's done at every track.

Hopefully those red Vipers can get a victory.

Honestly the best race by far will be GTD. Those guys get after it every time

I didn't really notice this at Daytona or Sebring, but WGI is a bit narrower overall comparatively, so I don't see traffic being easy on either DP or P2.

Hopefully those red Vipers can get a victory.

But the traffic will really slow the LMP2 guys down in the areas where they're the fastest. It'll be a mosh pit at some point, but I think the DP guys will make time in traffic overall

I see what you're saying. If the speed differential during testing was anything to go by, the only chance the P2s have is to come as close as possible to matching the DP straight away speed, but less areo probably won't make up for that.

If an LMP2 can get out ahead, it should pull away no problem, but if a DP gets ahead then they get in traffic, it'll pull a big gap. Just basing off of what we've seen this year at Daytona and Sebring

In GTD I'm praying for a win by TRG in their Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 or the Turner BMW Z4 GT3.
