It's a bit funny that after all the complaining I have done about the (lacking) TV coverage, this will be the first LIVE flag to flag USCC TV coverage and I won't be home to see it.

IIRC the rest of the year is to be flag to flag coverage, though, not necessarily LIVE.

Petit has a mixed bag of coverage.

I just hope its not the typical 10min of racing, 5min of commercials, then coming back to the race broadcast for them to instantly say we'll be right back after another 5min of commercials.

I really wish they would do picture in picture during commercials so you can still see the race like NASCAR and Indy. With the amount of commercials they have, you miss quite a bit.

I think this track suits the BMW. It's basically a GT3 car, which have more grip in the long sweepers than GTE cars. Still hoping for Falken to come through with the upset.

Alex Brundle with a HELL of a lap. ESM has the speed as shown earlier in the season, but for Brundle to blow second place away by 7 tenths? That's not a BoP difference, that's a world-class driver doing his thing. Watch as we lose him to the Nissan p1 program next year.

No honestly I'm not. When ESM tested 0.5 quicker than the DP cars a few weeks ago, I'm not surprised by this at all. If he can keep it up during the race, I will be a little more impressed

In his 2 TUSCC starts here, he can't go 45 minutes without drilling someone. Not impressed

C7.R's are deafening. The Porsche have a loud piercing whine but the Vettes are earth shattering that you can hear coming from half a mile away and shake the earth as they pass. I've heard the Porsche and C7.R pass me in person at the same time and all you could hear was the Vette.

Live streaming the race via MRN: fun. Trying to stream the MRN feed on 1 bar due to campground wifi: not fun. It's quite irritating to try to stream this race knowing that it buffers every few seconds.

And that was funny what the crew chief of the leading PC car said about the Audi driver that ran him off. "I'm not sure how he even backed out of the hotel parking lot this morning"
