Probably a majority of them if they can afford it, given that WEC is removing the LMP2 class starting 2024 as the article says

News on the GT3 Vettes next year coming soon (most likely).

Worth pointing out one key thing from this article (That does not at all show up in the IMSA announcement) because there are some people who I just sense are gonna completely misunderstand this announcement just based on the connection between the two:

Essentially, its exactly like Multimatic and Ford Performance with the Mustang GT3.

Rain might be a factor in qualifying today although it is dry right now during the Super Trofeo race. GTP cars are running last years LMP2 lap times so far, about 3 sec slower than DPi.

The stream on IMSA TV goes live in about five minutes.

No tire warmers FTW again, and Barfield asleep at the switch as usual.

Im laughing at how ridiculous the tire barriers look at Watkins. They probably wouldn’t need as many if they stacked them properly.

Something about this circuit just makes me want to call my cousin, Nico.

13 minutes left in the race, battle for the race win heating up.
Tv: Side by side commercial break

That was big for the BMW. Good to see the driver walking around.

WEC: tire warmers !!1!
IMSA: tire pressure !!1!

The race is available now on youtube:

I like this track.

Lamborghini SC63 LMDh car was revealed:

EDIT: Apparently there will be 2 new drivers signed at the end of the season - already decided who but I assume they need to wait for contractual reasons with the reveal:
