Hey guys I am just wondering is this were everyone that owns a "hacked car"
Get banned even if you only use them for online lobbies. I do not own a hacked car. But my friend has asked me to make this thread.
 
You can only answer that question when you work for PD.
Everybody else just needs to guess and assume.

Speculate, it can be fun. Isn't that what maintenance usually leads to? Over the top speculation and unfounded, wish list, if only rumors. :lol:

What have you heard my friend? Orange people usually know stuff. ;)

In my experience Oompah-loompa's do know a hell of a lot.

Maybe a trip to Oompaland is in order.

We actually had a maintenance thread about the one coming up but it got closed :scared:
 
You know what? I think PD is going to add the new Honda NSX with the next game update. The car is being presented at Shanghai Motorshow in these days and since it was shown in a previous GT5 ad months ago I bet it could be finally implemented in the game. What do you think? Yes, hacked car issue might be solved as well.

What do you mean sad display? I am not here to break any rules just saying.

It was shut down because someone didn't like someone else's posting style, and an argument insued. Which led to the thread being closed.

Thats very sad that it had to be shut down. Hope mine don't get shut down.
 
I think it's ban's for the hybrid users.

But you never know, I'm not with PD, so it could be as little as server updates, or as much as Spec III.

We'll just have to wait and see.

The third dimension of SPECulation... :rolleyes:

I recommend you just wait and see. If there will be anything following the maintenance periods you'll hear about it on this forum as soon as it happens, just wait with installing an update if there will be one to see if other hybrid owners/drivers have trouble with their modified cars after the update or not if you're fussed about your 'friend's' hybrids.

A new and improved GT5. We're currently on 2.11. When Spec II arrived the updates changed from 1.xx to 2.00 and above. Spec III would be version 3.00 and above. When Spec II was released the game had a lot more updated stuff in it than just a small update would have had.

You can check the Gran-Turismo.com website to find out what was added in Spec II.
 
Hybrids are the most interesting thing happening in GT5 right now,I hope they don't try to battle that. If anything,they need to add more filters for online lobby's to battle the hybrids. Me personally,I care more about hybrids than racing online,but I feel for those that still believe in open lobby fairness.

In all honesty, all I care about is them fixing the servers so I can connect to rooms properly again. 👍
 
I have no confidence of any major updates, will be just basic stuff and some behind the scenes tweaks to stop the modders somehow.
