has anyone got this skin or any other vintage skins for brands?, trying to do a 1986 f1 season and brands is looking somewhat odd

For F1 Regulation app (DRS).
This is important:

But with also this:

In this condition all works good (i think extended physics need to be active both settings)
Without the second screen app doesn't work for AI.
I use a repacked data.acd without other data folder (or data.acd or folder, not together because makes conflict)

Tested with RSS FH22 + Imola with Pyyer Extension + CSP 0.1.78

Works with other DRS cars but...when you selecte a different car than RSS FH22 remember to active extended physics into quick race setting (and copy in data.acd a script.lua...)

Tested with RSS FH21

Sorted the gearing for short ovals, i.e. very short UK style ovals.
Made some more skins closer to how they are in real life.
About done. Will upload tonight.
Utterly pointless car for normal track driving but quite good fun on the actual short ovals...

Have you repacked tha data folder into data.acd and delete data folder keeping only data.acd?

Remember:

-copy app into app folder (automatically app will be loaded, it's lua app)
-unpack data by CM
-delete original data.acd (or move to backup folder)
-copy script.lua into data folder of the car
-repack data and delete data folder keeping only data.acd
-into CM main drive setting

-into CM quick race for every car selected you have to active extended physics (deselected by default)

Sorry for asking this here. Shadow issue in every car: I tried to get rid of the flickering shadows once again and I noticed a big improvement when unticking "custom shadow matrices" under Smart Shadows.

But now the shadow is not drawn close enough to the camera position (VR only when selecting single screen it works fine). And if I use the Helmet-Positioning-tool, the shadow render border moves along with it. Shadow interior values are 1.3, 80, 320. Map bias in graphics ini set to 0.00000001 for 0, 1and 2. Changing either of those values didn't help.

Tldr: shadow is drawn ahead of camera. It should start further back. 😔

Oh, sorry. Didn't research that far.

Just considered it by looking at your posted picture.
But you're right, these floodlights are usually not sensibly named and separated accordingly so that you can always shine the light correctly in the right direction.
As I said, it was just an idea I had while looking at your pictures.

I curse you for putting the thought in my head. I went ahead and changed the direction of all the lights poles to only point the light in the proper direction. I'll send a copy to @DaBaeda and see what he wants to do with it.

I´ve done a little research if one of my all-time favs is available for AC, the ´73 Porsche Carrera RS. It is. But not in the best state (v5 tyres, no wipers, old shaders etc). Is someone of you guys willing to improve the model a little bit and give it some love it deserves? CM already let me update shaders and some parameters but some new tires and wipers would be also great.

3 cars, yes 3 cars.... as if we needed yet more to fill the bulging garages of cars collecting dust.

The Toyota, first up had been turned into a drag car, hideous thing, so I went about converting it back to a simple track day loon machine. Low pretty slow but retro cool.
It's not a race car, has normal seats and steering wheel but may make a race version.
Sad i didn't keep a picture of it as a drag car, can't find it again now either.

Then we have the Ford Anglia, a bit stupid this one, not for everyone, but beefed up a bit and compared to the original uncle M version it is mental. Driver sits too close so will look at that in next few days.
Again just a track day loon car...

lastly the escort mk1 banger car...it is what it is....has dents in it but sadly they all have the exact same dents...wreckfest this ain't!

Its quite fun, but if you don't like bangers or short UK ovals then just leave it, its useless on a track..

You know the drill, I just fiddle and try to make unusual stuff, there will be errors there will be bad skins as I'm not very good. (banger car skins are deliberately bad though).
Keep, bin, mock, or marry.... its better to share them regardless as its easy to delete or fix yourself to something you like.
I don't credit the folks who made them as they aren't scratch made and i didn't search out their approval anyway.
I don't charge money and if anyone moans about some code then sue me.

Having said that if anyone knows how i can change the car names so the toyota doesn't say 'drag' I'd love to know..

Well in my opinion it's very simple, it's a small mod and simply drag and drop, you only need to recopy the presets, I just give the whole package. But I understand. You don't need to download the small updates if don't want to, you can download the major.
It's me that like to share all the changes I do to the community, I think it's a nice.

None that I've found - I've been looking for exactly that the last day or so. Increased pit boxes is needed on the majority of them.
