Legion's Mercedes have the aero brake working, not sure if it is the same model tho.

To fix it just attach the stickers to the STEER_HR dummy.

In fact it's just double stikers

Guys from where can I get the Rain fx files for various tracks? I searched on this forum and got very few, and couldn't find any on discord or Facebook. So can someone send any rain fx files that would be appreciated. TIA

I've done a few, continuing to make them at moment too, feel free to go on my profile and look at my post history.

Nothing I know of where there is a database of all Rain FX's known, I'm holding out for public release and was going to compile all the ones I have done up to that date into a pack. I was also waiting to see how this Content Manager Workshop rolls out and maybe it would have integration for rain fx?

the pathe version shows the mercedes mag_alloy sections burning post crash, man, ferocious. Interesting they went with drum brakes and the mechanical air brake. definately ahead of their time in many aspects. Not at rig but does the ac version have the airbrake animated?

The W196S (essentially the same car Levegh was driving) does have an animated air brake in Legion's version. The 300SLR with two fairings behind the driver's and passenger's heads doesn't. That one has Stirling's famous 722 livery.

For Le Mans 1955 “Mercedes created a sensation by adding air brakes designed to reduce wear on the rear brakes and tyres. The air brake consisted of a hinged flap operated by hydraulic rams controlled from a lever on the dash. It automatically lowered when second gear was engaged. All three cars were equipped as such.”

The one in AC doesn’t work that way. It raises when you press the brake pedal. So there’s a modding challenge for someone!

Some of the logo positions are not correct to real car but fit the skin. I'll try to get all my Huracan skins update to the EVO by the end of these weekend but not promising anything. I'm aware that skin don't have glow number panels / LEDs for night racing these will be include in a future update whose all the skins are complete.

We'll have to wait and see what's the deal with Legion's blog going invite-only, but making his stuff "private" doesn't sound like GzeroD to me at all... If it's really invite-only from now on I would like to think that all of us who'd like would get an invite at some point.

Legion's blog is the only AC mod-site I where I have looked for an actual donation-button and not been able to find one.

I'm only now catching up on all the other content released this week, and what a week it has been!

First off,
I could think of nothing better than to relocate the Sega Touring Car Championship Arcade Action over to the fantastic @Jimlloyd Mont Tremblant updated by the GTP Reboot Team ready for the weekend.

So I have added this to the server rotation for everyone to enjoy.

I had to help him out big time with creating the grids. I got if not around 3 arcade game grids. STCC being 1 of them, Le mans 24 being the 2nd, Daytona USA etc.
Currently, I'm trying to create a virtua racing grid for AC (bad at creating skins) and a Scud race grid. I'm just missing 1 skin then we'd be ok.

I find this track is a bit overlooked and is one of my favorite vanilla tracks from the game. Basic grass in the config, weekly cut based from Iija's Brands Hatch sample. If you want to use it then copy it over to your config file too 👍

You can see the Buga has no AO so it might speak to the quality of said car.
