I testing I have got this problem on Some cars but not on the RedBull.. Idk why :|

I didn't try the Red Bull. Only the Lotus and India and they both did it. I'm going to try and mix and match a few files from each version for those cars and see if I can figure out what's going on. Since it's the wing, at least I know what files to look for. Also I will have to try all the other cars as well and see what other ones have the same problem.
 
Bruh I don't touching on the data.. I just Made mapping and changing textures on Content Manager... :(
This happens when the car is modified, no matter what is changed :boggled:

You guys probably figured this out already, but after swapping files around I discovered it is something in the cars .kn5 file that causes the problem. If you use the original .kn5 the wing is correct, but you lose all of Tabs changes.

EDIT: Decided i'm going to put up with the wing problem for now. I can't even stomach sitting in the cockpit of the stock version. It lacks any sort or depth of 3d feel.

The suspension is still many bugs. I'm the man who convert it from rf, I just regard it as a material to learning how to convert mods, so I only share it on a Chinese website before, it's a w.i.p one.

the cars are the latest version no ? because they are call 1.0a version i suposed the 1.0a version is the season mod not the cars no ?

Links are direct from ASR pages. Perhaps you should read the announcement? Assume all new links ARE the LATEST.

The current version 1.0a replaces the previous ones.

note: some of the new downloads are missing liveries in previous version. I dont know if the old ones work or not.

Best bit for me is that it would of been a documentary style thing to show the fearless God like drivers throwing around these death traps on wheels....
All the while there is a far more fearless chap filming it....

There is, nothing, that looks right about that picture.... right down to the fact he is blocking most of the drivers view, if he dropped the camera it would kill the driver....
Its just almost unbelievable.

Would be nice to try to find the footage from the camera view... see if it was worth this risk.
 
Hi, I saw someone this night with a pre-race camera operated like a movie with different angles.
He told me this was an CSP option but I can't find out.

One way you can do it is if you have purchased the RSS Lanzo V10 GT3 car, it has a great cinematic camera pre-race set. You can copy the camera trajectory folder out of the ui folder, then paste it into whatever car's ui folder you want, and that car will then use those camera views before each race.

Thanks for this - I'm sure I had a different version of this track at some point but it must have been so bad I deleted it.
I'm seeing artifacts above some of the tree walls. Others might not see them, it seems to vary user to user.
Quite hard to see in a photo, but:

They're easy to remove though:

To remove 'telegraph line artifacts' (floating horizontal lines) above tree walls, trees, bushes, crowds, marshals etc
  • Use CSP 'object inspector' to identify the offending DDS
  • Create a track skin and override the offending DDS
  • Open the offending DDS in PhotoShop (or your equivalent app of choice) from the skin folder
  • Create a new layer from the background layer (to make it editable)
  • Select 'channels'
  • Make the alpha layer (Alpha 1) active
  • Copy the alpha channel colour
  • Draw a two-pixel thick horizontal line using this colour at the very bottom of the DDS
  • Save the DDS as [DXT5-ARGB-8 bpp-interpolated alpha] back to the skin folder
  • Activate the skin in CM (click it on/off a few times) and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
  • If faint lines are still visible out on the track, add another one-pixel line of alpha to the bottom of the DDS directly above the others until the line disappears.
The CSP flag shader on the Motul banners seems borked too? The mesh probably needs redoing.

Edit: the smaller flags on the s/f straight are only one-sided too - they're invisible from behind.

It'd be good if the flying stuff was credited to Reboot Team too. :)

Fantastic track. Nice to have this version. Would be great to have some close up to track replay cams for VR. Brilliant job.

As graphic designer it should be not a problem to fix the horizon problem (which i didn't noticed before, thanks for it) ;)

Flags are strange, i don't have any issue like the one you showed O.o

About the credits, i reported what pugsang listed to me, so if there's any addition needed, just report them ;)
