I can share my animation config, but the car doesn't have an internal windscreen nor does it have rain tyres so there's little to no reason to have animated wipers at all. Btw. I'm using v0.4 of the mod.

You have to work on the physics to not them be just a copy from some Kunos cars... and the lights of your cars need a better look in terms of shaders or texture. But I really looking forward to you guys cause you've done big steps in these two years, so I know that you'll do even more better in the future


I have the same problem and tried everything, every recent csp version (pubblic and preview). I've also tried a preset from a friend of mine but nothing... I have this problem on the Alpine A110

Same base, but I prefer the 1.3a (update by MacedoSTI) because in the ACTK update (1.6) clouds are moving in front of the background mountains...effect that I have encountered on a few more ACTK updated tracks.

My Deutschlandring adjustments fit in well on Fonteny as well. Easy conversion because they are both Fat-Alfie tracks so a lot of the material names are a close match and don't require much rewriting of the ext_config.

In other news... preview of the upcoming Formula RSS 2013 by Race Sim Studio.

Can't wait to try this one. Much more of my F1 era. Don't watch as much now as I did back then.

Ahh shoot, I didnt even looked that it doesent have rain tyres...and so many problems... v0.4 here too.

The whole 3D model seems to be new? I'm (unskilled in the art, but) uncertain if SO much rehabilitation is even possible, after the fact. This new one seems pristine. Only ugly carry-over I can see is the interior. For example, the dial surrounds, and inside rear-view mirror housing are still very low poly.

He's even got scratch made pay-mod on there as well. We've even had a lawyer contact him. It's impossible to communicate with this guy as whenever you have a slight critique he'll just block you. We've filed a complaint at his webhost for hosting said pay-mod (as he put that on his own hosting site instead of sharemods). We'll see how it goes.

He's even asking money for a (badly) converted version of RF2's Zandvoort. It's crazy. We should combine the version that was created within the community over here with the track-mesh of his as it's much more detailed in the later RF2 update (and therefor his version), but the rest of his conversion looks off. Especially the lack of trees and foliage. If anyone wants to have a go at this sent me a PM and I can get you the files.

Long story short, I'm all for people improving on other people's work within this modding community. That's what's great about this! But there are lines, and he's crossing way too many of them. I just hope modders won't get discouraged to share their creations with us in the future. Don't let one guy ruin it for all of us!

In my experience this usually happens when a mod car with broken AI is participating.

That looks legit AF! Talk about an insta-buy, and of course ALL the skins will out within days!
I wish they'd also do a generic 1986/7 Turbo F1 car, to compliment the Kunos Lotus 98T. That Lotus doesn't look right with other team skins on it.
