for me I still have smoke from the tyres, but it seems to generate only once the tyres became hot enough... so only after some long spin, and not at takeoff (for example using the Kunos 4588 GT2 at Spa to test, I was able to get smoke when doing donuts , but not seeing smoke when launching at start of the race). Indeed when I turn off CSP new smoke, I do see smoke at launch. (either way doesn't seem to affect my FPS here much)In general I don't have any smoke coming out of the tires while sliding with the new CSP version (even if I enable in ParticlesFX new smike and dust effect... that btw eat a lot of FPS)
(CSP 0.1.78-preview1 , Sol 2.2, Pure 0.75)
I'm afraid if i update that lods.ini file , and then Pack again the garbled ini files, i will end up w a useless data file ...At the moment I'm stuffed with LODding looots of fictional GT class cars. It will take a while. Then I'm gonna race myself to death...
Ok, if you check the data file of any other car with working LODs you should be able to fix that lods.ini file yourself, it's pretty easy. You just need the name of the LOD, the distance (use default then in case tweak), and the kn5 filenames of the LODs.
As for the garbled stuff, I haven't quite nailed the reason it happens. Don't think it's some kind of damage. Some ini files aren't always meant to be swapped between cars so they become garbled, that's one of things I've noticed and I don't know how much of that is 100% true or verifiable.
Sorry, I don't use street cars in AC, so I don't have that car. Annoying, I know.
( i would like to put this online , so i'd want a packed data .)
But I will give it a try.
