FULL TRACK UPDATE by CrisT86

Ghoults - Horsma Raceway v1.0 by Ghoults for AC 1.16.4

This is a full track, not only an update as always because i had to remove some parts from the original one (see the changelog below)

!!! IMPORTANT !!! It MAY BE a bit heavier on FPS.

• New EXT_CONFIG featuring RainFX, LightFX, GrassFX including fix for the trees
• New VAO patches
• New TV Cams (2 Set, 4 FOVs for a total of 8 for all layouts)
• Added TV Cams (full layout by FFF789
• Added the Real Billboard CM Skin by @Masscot
• Removed the wet layouts which are useless now with the CSP wet mod.

Just unzip and copy inside the track folder, BE SURE to delete the previous version if you have it.

I really like your collection of vao patches, do you have the possibility to pack them all together in only one file, or do a library where all of them are available in one place? I think I miss most of them already.

yep, a shared gdrive/mediafire/dropbox/mega folder would be great. would probably help breathe to include the links in his spreadsheet.

Due to the fact he re-released it, now i have to re-check the whole update in order to be sure that it's working fine XD
I hope tomorrow to be able to find time, with these temperature (over 35° outside and almost 30° inside) keep the pc cold is extremely difficult while stay on track for hours atm

On a side note, anyone know how you can update a file on Mega with a new version but still keep the same download link? I would like to add this ext_config to the original package for anyone who downloads the track in the future, but I don't want to have to change the link.

I'm italian, so i know what is mediterranean summer but above 24°C i start hating the warm temperature, so you can imagine how bad is at 35°C without wind (which is the main problem because with wind the hot temperature can be endured) and my damn air conditioning broke up at the right timing, of course...

I know I missed to change the lotus and hrt sound but the sound engine for the other cars works. People confirmed it.

Check the SFX folder if the sound bank is correctly named and that the GUID.txt looks correct

I´ve deleted the mod and made a fresh installation.
Checked everything, found nothing wrong in the files.
Now only the RedBull, Toro Rosso, Renault, Lotus, HRT and Sauber are missing their sounds.

The most elegant solution would be to feed your vao patches into the CSP github repo (https://github.com/ac-custom-shaders-patch/acc-extension-extra-vao/tree/master) as a single source of truth so that CM downloads them automatically - and also to avoid duplicates. Posting them on the CSP discord might be the fastest way to get them uploaded to github but I could be wrong...

Unfortunately the Linolafett version is way too unfinished in order to be re-worked with CSP things. So unless he will update it (i don't think he will) there's no other solution than doing the updates on other versions.

Yeah, I'm afraid that's true. But at the same time some of these add ons are so complete (I remember the Zandvoort expansion added even entire buildings and grandstands, it'd be awesome to see that kind of work on that version of Montreal TBH)
It just saddens me to see this mod be left abandoned and rips be worked instead

Velo will check that and fix it. It's a nice little car though, one of the first 911s I can drive comfortably at Goodwood like I would a real one - 3rd and 4th all the way except for the chicane. My instructors have all been very adamant: for a fast lap no unnecessary gear changes and keep off the first apex at Madgwick. It still slides appropriately, but it shows how some other 911 mods tend to be way too dramatic in handling and grip. it is also great fun at Alfie's new unbelievable masterpiece, Battenbergring.

It's brutal and miserable, you're not alone...naked simracing all the way.

It's a mistake. Just swap in this driver3D.ini. If you don't like the open face just put any driver you like.

I'll get Velo to adjust the harness so it fits the driver or vice versa
