Can anyone share the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint by Elias???

Just tried Easy's 1.1 update which messed up all the skins. (I should of known better I know)

Folder name is alfa_romeo_giulietta_sprint

Argentinian tracks collection (H22) new AI​


This a collection of new AI side lines and fast lanes for the Argentinian tracks made by H22 or Mauro David Gonzalez. The patch was mainly made to have a better behavior for the Turismo Carretera 2023 cars (Gran Turismo Sudamericano Gen 2) by APVS.

These cars have a bad AI behavior. It was patched by the authors but they still running off the track lines. So it was difficult to make a working AI for the Turismo Carretera tracks. They still run a little on the curbs and grass, touching each other to spin but much less than before.

There are 18 new AIs, I always patched the main layout, except for Buenos Aires, which also has the old GP layout patched.

Yes, sorry @Bart Bowles, you didn't have to take down your configuration. I'm almost done, but that day an old unexploded 250kg bomb from WW2 was found about 75-100 metres from my house on a building site. We had to evacuate the house immediately. :(

Now I am happily back home. All is well. But, as I wrote @Beezer215, this week is now going to be even more stressful, so it probably won't be until the weekend that my finished and revised Beez version will be ready.

There are still lights missing and some minor issues that need to be fixed.

Buuuut, working on it brought me back to what I was saying before, converting it from scratch should surely lead to a better result in the end.

So, just before this **** happened with this damn bomb, I was about to take my first screenshot of a first working version.

There's still a long way to go, so I'll post the almost-finished revised version first, but after that I'll work on the conversion I made from scratch.

But, that will need some time to do, for sure. And I´ll need some help, but it´s a first promising start. :)
Oh, if someone knows how to contact the original authors, to ask for permission, that would be helpful.

I seem to have only two skins though... ?

EDIT: the 'ACTK version' also has only two skins...

EDIT2: there's a Sim Dream version that looks like it's the same model, having some more skins. The DDS file carries the same name, but the skins are already messed up when placed on the Elia car (not Easy's fault) ;)

I have these mods yet on my Hard Drive, This beta mod can no longer be found on the ACFL website because it is no longer available now just the acfl2017 free mod.

Not much time for modding these days, but a few offline races on Dijon made me do it :)

PS: you might have to change the 'pits' in CM to 34 instead of 24.

I have to quit my day job soon, too many tracks, too many cars, too much barbeque and too much sun. Too much kids, too much wife, too much gardening. Seriously, the day job is the first thing that has to go.

In addition to all the other insignificant problems in life, I have a couple of issues with rt_bathurst:

1. Some places, specially over the top at Esses, the dynamic skid marks disappear and reappear depending on the viewing angle. I've tried pretty much all settings for skid marks, and this is pretty much the only track I see this issue in, so I reckon it's a track issue.

2. There are some flickering textures at the back of the pit buildings, it's the large signs which should have numbers on them.

Any known fixes for this? It's beyond my scope of skills to fix things like these, and they kind of annoy me, because it's a near perfect track in all other aspects.

Finally finished the categories of my SuperDuper All-Time Track List (link in signature) that I originally intended to do:

The reason I am doing this, is to have some sort of gauge as to see what tiny little gaps in history are missing through AC.
I've tried to colour-code tracks to visualise what already exists, and what is close to existing (I.E - Red Bull Ring exists, but the newer MotoGP version is 'close', etc). I've used Breathe's list for that, however I will not be including download links, so it's best to use Breathe's list and cross-reference for downloads.

Currently have it filled in for:
  • Formula 1
  • Formula 2 (and equivalents)
  • Formula 3 (and equivalents)
  • F1 Academy (and equivalent)
  • A1 GP
  • IndyCar (and equivalents - only dating back to USAC paved circuits/ovals)
  • MotoGP
  • WEC (and equivalents - not including hillclimbs/rallies included in the WSC during early days)
  • IMSA Sportscars (and equivalents + mergers)
  • European Le Mans Series (dating back to 2001 to include Le Mans Series in 2000s prior to WEC)
  • ATCC (Includes all variations of Supercars championship, ATCC, etc)
  • Australia/New Zealand Open Wheel series (includes all circuits as part of the Australian Drivers Championship, Tasman Series, Toyota Racing Series/FROC, S5000, and Australian F3 during those few years between there being no ADC and S5000 starting)
  • Asian Le Mans Series (includes the short-lived Japan Le Mans series and the pre-cursor to SuperGT - All Japan Endurance Championship [1983-1992])
  • WTCR (including the 1987 WTCC, 1993-1995 World Touring Car Cup, and 2007-2017 WTCC)
  • BTCC
  • DTM (dating back to the old DRM in the 70s)
  • SuperGT (including All Japan Grand Touring Car Championship [1993-2004])
  • SuperFormula (dating back to the original All-Japan Formula 2000 championship in the 70s)

Will look to add/modify in the future:
  • Altering lineage of WEC, as currently I have it jumping straight from the 1993 WSC to the 2010 Intercontinental Le Mans Series. Will now be including the FIA Sportscar Championship 1997-2003, and the Le Mans Endurance Series 2004-2009 (which are technically the precursor to the ELMS, but oh well). Only using these seasons as A: They are FIA backed and B: They had LMP1/SR1 categories those years (ELMS continued to have LMP1 through to 2011)
  • NASCAR (probably only paved tracks, but we'll see)
  • Intercontinental GT Challenge (Lineage includes Blancpain Sprint Series 2014-15, FIA GT Series 2013, FIA GT1 Championship 2010-2012, FIA GT Championship 1997-2009, BPR GT Series 1994-1996)
  • I may also, in the same vein of initially doing regional open wheel series, do the regional GT series (Asia, Europe, Americas)

Nobody’s made it because everyone uses the URD car now. If you do find it that’s great but I’m 95% sure it doesn’t exist and that’s the answer why.

For info, there is a group called The Racing Rats (TRR) who have also produced all the hypercars for 2023, plus BMW and Acura. And some GTEs. I haven't actually tried them yet and I don't know if they're BOPd, scratch-built or just modified from existing models, etc.
