Here it is. I edited the existing .ini in AC>Extension>Config>Tracks>Loaded. So paste it back in there.

So JohnR's fantastic Road Atlanta 2022 has been pulled down from RD, for those that didn't know.

Not sure if it's a licensing problem, or a quarrel between John and RD, or what.

Breathe's list now has no links for it. I obviously have the track, but if there's an active link, it might be wise to share it (anonymously if it was a takedown).

The car looks nice and I like the effort behind it, but it miss the chrome that made it special. If you want I can provide you a csp config that tweak the car shaders so that it looks "chrome"

Bummer, but very grateful to him for what he did provide up to now. Some of my favorite tracks to drive on.

I take this opportunity to share some news. I was able to recreate the headlights more accurately (and you can mix both yellow and clear). I'm refining the skins and have added the ability to skin all the windows. I also downsized the tires to the right size (no more huge drag tires). Also now the air intake has the correct shape.

Then there are also other updates, but everything in its time.

Here is an example for the side lights to include in the skin ext_config:

Checking through the chassis number history from 2003 it appears the early three 400R (small chassis) were run in the 2003 Spa 1000km by John Hartshorne, Steve Hyde and Piers Johnson respectively. The Hartshorne car later became the Racesport Peninsula #95 car and had a chassis number change to a later type number indicating that it may evolved to the larger chassis.
There were 3 Dewalt Salisbury cars, all suspected of being the larger chassis of which two became RSR/Chamberlain Synergy cars and then in 2005 were Team LNT. The 4th larger chassis was a RSR team car and entered 4 times in endurance races in 2004 but never started but it may have run in British GT.

John reached out to Boris to ask on this and was denied the courtesy again, despite having it written on the mod's page. Response was the benefit of "showcasing the mod", as if that track didn't already have 100k+ downloads. So LilSki followed suit."

the same for me. I've tried to change the our of the day, and the issue dissapears and appare on other textures.
I've also some trees with a wrong trunk direction.

Also some there are some pink textures (some billboards, one light on the starting line, a man inside the race control building)

As for the teams I took this site as a reference but it does not carry information on the chassis. For now I think the right thing is to take the 4.3m one as a base and add the various details taken from the various chassis. In reality, this could even get interesting: once I have finished the 3D part, I could also create two separate versions to have both the small and large chassis.

PS: Are the side lights all the same color?

I hesitated first as I was pleased with Quest 2 for AC... but now I have the Quest 3 and it IS indeed much better (like all video reviews will tell you) It gives better picture, better sweet spot, less glaring...

Being a sceptic I thought I would buy it and try it and then give to my son as a Xmas present, as I didn't think it would be a significant improvement over the Quest2, but I ended up buying a second Quest3, and I do not use the Quest2 anymore)

But Quest3 is better even in most regards - pancake lenses have even better resolution, even less screendoor effect and less glare and a larger sweet spot. Also I had lot of stability issues w getting Link working with Quest2 , but with Quest3 it seems to just always work right away.

Hi Guys. I’m looking for some help. I seem to be having trouble with cars not moving forward in front of me when the race starts at some tracks especially SX Le Mans. The cars seem all ok and I have difficulty set to 93. Only 20 cars on the grid. Any ideas please. Thanks.

There is only 1 thing where the Quest 3 has a big problem right now. The render jitter is very bad. In comparison with HP Reverb G2, the G2 has nearly non of the jitter. Some say shining, shimmer or what ever to this phenomenon. I wished there would be a G3 with the lenses from the Quest 3 (and maybe the displays too) and all other things from the G2.

it's a real shame, this track is well made, and it's a great test track.
It would be nice if some expert took care of it and gave this track a good wash...
