Thanks @Perico Lospa ! Yes, I saw this solution, and disabling that option the shifting sound is slighty better, but still not like the one I had with CSP version 0.2.8...

I've done a lot of testing on 3d trees in kn5 format and bin format for TreePlanter, bin format trees are better in every way, rendering, optimization (no need for double sided), you can add LODs, move better in the wind etc ....
But there's a big problem because yet more bugs have been added to CSP, 1st bug, you can no longer hide 2d trees with the function provided for that purpose, 2nd bug, there's a memory leak in CSP which means that when you plant too many trees, Windows crashes because it runs out of RAM.

Depends on csp version. Tested with 0.2.8 public no problems.

Thanks for the livery Mr Woods, it's a great addition. Thought to also mention there's one file that is grossly overweight when compared against the actual livery-file.

It may have missed the compression-process - here's a lighter-version for those HDD/SDD space-saving players.

Well, it's not only space-saving, positive also for higher-FPS ingame.

Just rename it to it's original format by removing '.txt'

Hello, I'm using CSP 2.10 preview and I can't use my muscle cars anymore, in any game mode. They accelerate, burn tires, generate smoke, but they almost don't move, they don't go over 10km/h. Any ideas? tks in advance

Do RSS encrypt skins now? I recently redownloaded the latest version of the RSS GT pack and I really like this purple bull skin for the Murcielago R-GT, but the fake logos bother me. I delete pretty much every skin except this one just because of the graphics.

However, I can't seem to find the base textures so I can edit the livery to have more realistic logos.

I've never seen that before on a skin.

Perhaps someone has an earlier version with the map able to be seen/edited?

Hey everyone, Though i'd pop in and give you lot this thing. Seeing as an certain leech going under the name First "studio" Race has this exact same model up for sale on two different AC related stores i thought i'd just share the exact same model from the exact same game.

It's not perfect, The textures needs work and well the physics are just imaginary and is re-using the one from the C7.R by Kunos.

Not strictly related, I know.
But there's a "what if" reworked GT1 incoming that should be RSS compatible.

This was my pack of skins and car adaptations to recreate one of the races of the "BUA F-Ford Brazil Tournament 1970").

I used an F-Ford model as the base car... and made some adaptations (to make each model slightly different) and with an independent "directory" for each Formula-Ford.

- Lotus, Lola, Hawke, Macon, Merlyn, Royale, Titan

Well, I have some ('90 (3 cars), '91, '92, '20 and '23) and I do like them. Graphics are good (4K here with a bit of 2x SGSSAA added). Especially the sounds are really enjoyable. My 2 cents at least.

I used to have the same thing, and it's a pain trying to get complete none-flickering (impossible maybe)...

I played around w the settings and I'm not disturbed anymore by the shadows. I will list here the settings I settled with and are related to shadows.

Give them a try , but all systems are different ... could be what works for me does not mean it's good for you
(I run an NVIDIA 4080s on a Quest 3 w Link cable, you might have a whole different setup...).

I think that there is nothing at the moment that can improve the lod of the shadows or in any case, a truly effective antialiasing on distant shadows, perhaps only Ilja could implement some solution in the future.

To improve the shadows in VR, I deactivated the "Automatic splits" of the lods of the shadows and adjusted it manually.
I changed the values of "Distances of interior" (in metre) to "1.3, 160, 400". If you increase the distances of the shadows for lod2 and lod3, you will reduce the overall quality and sharpness of the shadows, BUT this will help to reduce the flickering and the shadows in the distance won't pop-in anymore. The Nordschleife is a good track to test it. In the AC settings I use a "Shadows resolution" of 4096x4096.
