I found out another thing: I have this problem only in custom championship which I set up using mods "rss gt legend champioship pack" + porsche 993 gt2 "gtsupreme"...😅😅

I know dude , i ve got the same problem as you with the sound ,

I suggest you to go on 2.11 recommended csp version , on this one , no sound problem !

Fired up GT4v1.1 with the updated package on top of it with latest CSP (361) and...all sounds are just plain good (Very enjoyable mod by the way!). Strange? Seems every single PC set-up might or is different and outcomes/experiences alike...

EDIT: Not sure but might help; all this installed with latest updates? "Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes AIO Repack 0.104.0"

Thank You for kind words. When one works out of passion and joy a greater result comes out. Than somebody tries to make some money based on download count. I have very mixed feelings about person You mention, even some of his versions are used in AW reworks, they not acquired through his website.

Does the ACTK guy actually modify physics? i dont see that he does, he just does little alterations like adding lods, AO, and adding working wipers while the rest of the car intact.

He writes something like add data to data.acd could mean anything really. But i had few times encountered that older mod version physics data was used after his hands.

BLACKBOLT's Lightweight Release: Lotus Exige V6 Cup & Dallara Stradale

I'm back to AC modding! I noticed a lack of high-quality versions for a couple of my favorite cars, so I decided to make them myself and share them with the community. No locked-down nonsense, just good cars to drive.

What's inside:
  • Lotus Exige V6 Cup: The original Kunos model is legendary but visually dated. I updated the interior with proper AO maps and a working digital dash using newer-gen models (AC Evo) to bring it up to modern CSP standards.
  • Dallara Stradale (Standard + Barchetta): The older mods for this forgotten gem had terrible interiors with holes and missing meshes. I rebuilt it with a proper, high-quality 3D model so you can actually enjoy the cockpit view.

Add this to the config of the Exige to fix the missing surfaces on the wiper arm:

He only does graphical adjustments. I once asked him to fix a car for me...

No, He does not touch physics. He don't know how the physics works. All he does is adding some buuul**** in the data folder ini's then packs them ads the outdated vao patches (seriously it's outdated it's not needed lol) ads his crap lods that are so over aggressive that it ruins the 3D models from lod1 to 3.

CSP wipers anyone with an brain can add as long as the wiper model isn't attached to the body model and is an separate model etc.

I hope I'm wrong, but in the past he modified the tires of the mods he stole. I remember something like "updated tires" in the description.

Anyway, he still needs to understand that lods prioritizes reducing the number of items, not only demolishing the number of triangles. If only he would listen and be morally correct he could really be helpful, but he wants to be the Mamoru Chiba of simulators.

I'm not sure if this has something to do with your patch or the mod itself, but on the Camaro and few other cars the headlights are turned on by default? I didn´t turn them on, I think they should be turned off by default just like any other cars. Also it seems that the lights are leaking into the front bumper.

should not be normally , i think it is an option in csp to force headlights on , base one is only daylights normally

I tried pretty much every options ,sadly not solving the problem

only way is to go back on 2.11 csp to enjoy the game on my side

His "updated tires" are just replacing them with other people's tires or using the tire creator provided by ilja of which it just pulls a bunch of tire data from cars in your library and calls it an day, You can use it to generate completely new ones but it's complete crap.

Could be the selection in the weather file, go to content->Miscellaneous->weather
Here you will find all kinds of prefabricated weather types. Could be that in your choice of weather like dark clouds/heavy fog, the lights checkboxes are checked as on.

@Vintagedriver yes, that could explain why the headlights could turn on with these weather conditions, but I set clear/sunny weather on Pure Planner. Headlights should not turn on in that situation.

Someone reworked simdream 1990 conversion and did a great job

Unfortunately simdream was NOT having it, and decided to DMCA the youtube channel.


This mean war, does anyone knows the original cars simdream used for the 1990 cars? Will be fighting fire with fire, and also take down some of their video until they learn that bullying their way out of creators when they sell content they don't own won't be tolerated much longer
 
I have a question for the modders.

As a big fan of driveclub (gameplay is what it is) there are a lot of very fun tracks.

Nobody want to port some of them on AC ? :)
 
I was trying some scripts on the Kunos Alfa Romeo Mito and I noticed something...weird. In all these years I've never noticed the badly mapped dashboard and a hole in the backseats 🤔
