BF2 Booster Pack dated...again

Euro Force ready to roll out next week after delays; booster pack will be downloadable from EA for $9.99 (£5.99).

Gamers desperately awaiting new troops in Electronic Arts' Battlefield 2 will finally get their wish. The military shooter was supposed to get reinforcements in the form of its first booster pack last month, but issues with the game's v1.2 patch forced the publisher to hold off on the add-on's release.

Now, soldiers holding steady for more troops and content can begin marking their calendars. The Battlefield 2: Euro Force booster pack has been given a new release date of March 15. The pack will be available from the EA Downloader, the publisher's digital distribution service, for $9.99 (£5.99).

Umm... EA released the Patch to Xfire for a reason. It's the full download. The 9th was the official release date.

Anyways we had a match yesterday and we um technically won but we didnt want to win technically. We won the first round ,and lost the second round, so obviously a third for tie breaker. But they all left after the second! They said quote "It was too late for them." One of the guys joked "We won because our mommies let us stay up."

We play a christian clan later tonight.

I won't be able to play for the next three days, because I'm starting a new job. It's during my prime time gaming hours, so I won't be able to get my Vet. Spec. Ops. for a few days. God I hate playing Spec. Ops.

I really like it. Accurate weaponry, good running ability, and the c4 comes in quite handy sometimes.

Its red dot scope does help more then the G36C, but it runs out of ammo more quickly then the G36C. Also it seems Euro Force is out now to buy on EA Downloader guys.

It does a little more damage than the G36C, but in most other respects it is inferior. There are better upgrades. I do use it however, since the extra damage comes in handy at medium/close range and I like the scope.

SCAR-L is great, I'm superb with it over the G36C or M4, AK-47U, etc...

As for the match those christian guys flaked on us and decided not to scrim with us because they needed to practice for one of their other league matches, nice of them to tell us this the day of the match.

Poo on them. As far as the SCAR-L, the red dot is less accurate than the standing sights, which is odd. It does more damage, but I prefer the G36C, because I'm used to it.

I started downloading EF at like 5PM GMT -8 and it got to 73 percent at 11PM so I paused and I started it back up now so it's probably around 76% right now. Yes My connection is slow.

Alright so I played it only twice so far. Since any time I try to connect to a server by myself or single player or creating a local server it ALWAYS crashes to my desktop. But when I join via Xfire it works but when a map changes it crashes to the desktop again, I hope EA gets enough emails about this that they fix it in the next patch.

I should be picking up this game tomorrow or monday. I have heard rumours that it sometimes doesn't install properly, it always says teh 'wizard was interrupted' or something. Is this true? Thanks.

I am having a VERY VERY ANNOYING thing going on in BF2, for like months now:
I have been idle for a month now but I decided to pick the game up again yesterday. So I'm playing and playing around, then just a few mins ago I earn the basic resupply badge or something like it. I earned that thing five times already and it just refuses to pop up in my awards screen.


WTTTFFFF is this stuff man
