Mind you I don't have stopping power because I play hardcore it's not really necessary. With the grip it's accuracy bar is almost maxed out.

Ugh... gonna have to get used to the controls. Especially pressing the joysticks down...

I don't know about the running(L3-left analog), but for the knifing(R3-right analog stick), you can switch it to another(actual) button.

I'd rather be able to fully customize my buttons so it's more like RSV2... Either way, I can see myself accidentally running out of nads, running by accident and knifing like I'm a spaz.

One(of many ) thing that I hate about the control: In real life, I play basketball, and I am an excellent back pedaller. I can actually back pedal as fast as slow people run forward.

So "in-game", I keep holding down L3 stick, trying to run backwards! I don't know how many times I got shot, while trying to run backwards, going zigzag.

Yeah, that thing is like a jackhammer when you shoot it. The silencer helps but i hate giving up distance for less recoil. On my AK-74u i use silencer, dead silence and uav jammer. I will goto that setup if i am playing against a team where all you hear is, the enemies uav is online! After using the dead silence perk its really nice to have on. Not only do they not hear you about to cut them but when you are walking and someone is close you can hear them like a bullhorn because you are such a ninja

I usually don't use Dead Silence, I find Steady Aim to save me more. If I was doing a Cage Match (which I almost never do) I would though. I find that walking while crouched is almost as silent as running with the perk on. Meaning I can crouch walk up stairs and they most likely won't hear me.

Vip, D_P is right, once it clicks, it clicks... Fooling around solo will help a bunch in learning the maps.

I dunno, i really like DS, especially in hardco'. Running while making no noise is invaluable when there's no HUD. And it really helps spot enemies, if you just pump up the volume.

Yeah I accepted your invites a couple of times... but no go. Standard technical difficulties I suppose. However I play so rarely now it seems that my performance is middling at best.

$10 is a lot, but when you realize that it's never going to drop in price, you kind of just suck it up and buy it anyway.

But i wouldn't buy it if i were you. Maybe before, when we used to have a lot of GTP matches, but now not so much. So you'd be relying on people who are online to have the pack too, but most don't.

but if im the marines you can get so many kills on that hill

i went 29-6 the other night on tdm with my good old ak47
a sniper was helping me out in the corner and saved my ass a few times

Try it, it's really not all that hard especially when they're not moving. If you do it long enough you can pretty much guess where to aim the gun before scoping so all you have to do is hold down the thumbstick and make a small adjustment and pow dead (or wounded... damn juggernaut)

From that distance people in that building hide quite well anyway, so you can only see the tops of their heads. Get a well placed shot into the head with a sniper and they should die straight away no matter what.

It's possible with an M16, but the RPD is just as good as a sniper.

Well if your using any of the higher end sniper rifles and you are at least crouching if you're aiming at their head and fire 99% of the time it kills them with a headshot. So them leaving only their head in view is just an invitation to get a guaranteed kill on them.

I played last night with 5 friends in a private tdm and it was pretty fun. The first hour i killed it bad! I was up in the 40-60 kills with fairly low deaths while everyone else was the opposite. Dead silence, UAV, AK-74u with silencer showed to be a wonderful combo on the matches

I was playing a ground war and a guy on my team set his sensitivity to 10 and spun around and shot his RPD constantly. He went 0-19 I sent him a message telling him he was doing it wrong

Had a couple TD's (regular) in a row with over 30 kills, and had several in a row last night, plus my KDR finally went up (1.12) I actually thought I was going to beat my kill streak (I had 19 + a guy in last stand and they kept coming through the same spot) but a random nade (with Sonic Boom ) got me. Also, the AK-74u is much, much better with no attachment.
