Anyone play Michael Myers (Hide n Seek) before on call of duty? Wondering if we could get a few people and have a mess about lol

I havent played that but something we have done is:

Put the settings to no sprint, headshots only and no HUD. We can either have an epic funny knife war or a headshots war with rubbish pistols. Much fun.

~ Everyone runs and hides or even glitches lol
~ If its 1 vs 1, its 1 vs 1
~ Hiding team cant kill person whos it
~ Games I play forbid Extreme AirConditioning

If it were CoD5, you would want a bayonet...

Perk 1 - Special Grenades x3
Perk 2 - Any... doesnt matter as kill streaks are off
Perk 3 - Dead Silence or Eavesdrop

If your know how to play dead would make hiding a lot easier.

Map pack on CoD4 aint worth it...
I got mine witH the game of the year edition

Chinatown - rubbish, cool but rubbish
Creek - Great for snipers only if your at the house team, as if your start at the barn/ warehouse spawn, you wont get across as snipers pick off easy
Broadcast - Not bad, I enjoy it
Killhouse - useless...

I love the last two. So much action. China town can be hit and miss, not too great. Creek is good, if you're a sniper

I got the GOTY edition, so they came with it.

Broadcast is good, but Killhouse? Its useless, I only play that map caus of Headshots and thats it lol

Creek is a babe, I have a shot there... but... Its possible but impossible if you understand that 360 Spin, hit the shutter of a house, across the map...

Had the same thing. Thought it might have been someone trying to hack. I ended up quiting the game and restarting.

There have been a few hackers today, but not as many. The bigger games seem to be affected the most. I have been playing free-for-all and 3v3 mostly now because of it. Hopefully this patch will fix things.

I've played Michael Myers countless of times, and I'm sure you play it with "Old-School" on. So, theres no need to set-up a class or anything..

EDIT: On the topic of hackers, I guess I've had good, good luck because I almost never play with hackers.. Out of 10 games I play, maybe 2 have hackers in it. And when they're people hacking, they usually suck at it and end with really bad scores.

Killhouse is hilarious.

Killhouse is good fun. It's less of a granade-fest than Shipment or Wet Work IMO.

I've found the best place to be in Killhouse is crouched under the tower in the middle. Everyone tends to stick to the outer walls or either of the ends so don't tend to look towards the centre. If they do see that they've been shot at from the middle they automatically look upwards and start spraying the tower with bullets, thinking that you are up there and giving you another easy kill.

The trouble with the temporary bans on people's accounts is that most of the hackers i've seen are obviously just new accounts made specifically for using the hack code, they mostly seem to have the beginners red chevron ranks. If their accounts are getting bans they'll just make new accounts and carry on.

Which made me think, whats to stop the same happening on the very similarly set up World at War, I mean the game basically plays the same with a new lick of paint on top so surely a similar hack is possible.

Nothing is to stop anyone from doing the mod even after this patch. On PS3 it may be a little harder just because its so easy to mod on PS3 they will prob be putting in extra time into it and not that much on 360 since you have to do allot more to mod on 360. The files are exactly the same when it comes to modding on cod4 and waw, exact same .svg's. There are just too many ways to exploit certain "hacks" in the games so saying they are fixing it is just wishful thinking.

Yeah, i have done god on the 360 before just for fun. Also there are places you can jump into certain corners and you can't be killed unless its from the side, you end up being behind and invisible barrier basically. Frags or bullets don't do a thing And these aren't hacks, good ol glitches which thats my favorite thing to do with new maps is to go look for glitches.
