I liked the first "codwatching". That Daft Punk remix at the end was cool. 👍

Edit: And on that video that was removed for language, for awhile, I thought he sounded like that kid from "Eagle Eye", somebody famous. I just remembered, I was thinking of Jay from Jay & Silent Bob.

I call them "Floaters".

They don't like it.

Also, is there ANY chance you can post a video which doesn't have F-bombs littered through it? I mean, ever? I'm getting a smidge bored of removing them now.

Floaters haha

Hey hey only been two videos :o
The funtage was funny, I dont remember anything too bad...

Well my bad :sly:

Played a Ground War - Domination game earlier:

51-10.

Probably one of my best domination games ever.
Normal Service has definately been resumed now the patch is in effect!

The patch hasn't been pushed out yet. This is a playlist update - no download required - and it seems to prevent the hacked download from being used.

Any of you fine chaps know how to plant the bomb under the floor at target A on crash? I was in a match earlier where a kid did it but he wouldn't tell me how he did it and i have tried everything and just can't figure it out...

Yep, ive been a member here for 5 years, do you really think i would ask a question and not search first like a noob:sly: Not searching is one of my pet peeves, sometimes people search and don't find it and its there, so if you do find it i did search.

A yes would have sufficed... :dopey:

Anyways if youtube doesnt have it, who knows.

Hacks?
Did he jump up in anyway?

I have done every mod there is and i have never seen any mod that lets you plant a bomb through objects. I didn't see how he did it, i got to target A and it was planted and already under the floor. There isn't anything on mapmokeys about it either so im lost on this one.

Here is the room images I was talking about earlier:

Freaked me out when I found out I couldn't access the start button menu to Leave Game, so I had to wait until I timed out like everyone else in the game.

Started in this again earlier. Only ever had it happen on crash, a couple of people had Mics so I could hear them chatting about it when it happened. Seems everyone freaks but I found out how to move up so I had a look around before I timed out. Mabye someone has found a way to Hack past the playlist update already!

I had a pretty bad night on CoD4, last night. Thanks to the POC Xbox Live going down.

So since the Live is down and I can't watch the Netflix, I get on my Japanese PSN account last night for a little CoD. My goal was to get my k/d ratio from 1.98 to 2.00, and I did it. I was so happy, I had never reached that before. Then the game turned on me. I've mentioned this a couple of times in this thread, but sometimes, I go through number of hours where I will die no matter what I do. Spawn, dead. Spawn, turn, dead. Spawn, run, dead. It's pretty scary. In the span of just around 5 hours(way past my bedtime), I literally won just 2, 3 matches. My k/d went from 2 to 1.93. I tried to break my controller(but not really, because it's like 50 bucks) couple of times.

This is so ridiculous, it's almost funny. :dopey:

Maybe someone has found a way to Hack past the playlist update already!
Could it be from the people working on the patches?

Wow It seems that Connection strength plays a huge part in how you score!

Seriously I was playing with a couple of doors closed between me and my router (direct sight) and I could only ever manage a 1:1 ratio in the best of games, then when I opened them up my connection went from 2 to 4 bars and I scored a 54:6.

I've genuinely never noticed that much difference between connection strengths before as I've still scored well with 2 bars, there must be other factors too but opening up the doors to get an uninterrupted signal definitely helped.

It's a pretty serious bidness. ceiling fan, sometimes, he'd to back us out, until he got to host. I do the same on a occasion(slump), if I'm playing by my self.

I played on my Japanese PSN account, hooked up with my coworker, and I got to host. Wasn't even trying! 👍 This is the account my k/d peaked at 2.00, then I think went down as low as 1.91? I've been gradually climbing back up, hovering around 1.95 - 1.98.

I should hook up more with my coworker, because every time we get on together, we get nothing but noobs. In some of the matches, I swear, there were like just 2, 3 prestiges, and my buddy was one of them(his k/d's 0.75). After 1, 2 hours, my k/d climbed 1.97 to 2.03. My highest, ever. All against bunch of rookies, but I am OK with that. :p

I get very iffy connections. Some days i'll get a solid four bar and score well from it. Other days, and with no reason, i'll end up with it fluctuating between two and one bars. It usually doesn't feel at all laggy, it's only when you watch the killcam replay that you realise that you were shooting at ghosts and your supposed target was actually yards away from where you were shooting at. You still get kills but they tend to be those opponents stood in windows or crouching for cover etc and are few and far between.

If i'm in a game which appears jumpy or laggy it's usually because the host has a poor connection and invariably the games will quit part way through.

Get a better router

Going to buy a switch box so I can run some Cat 5 down to the router. I can't be bothered spending so long for Sky to send us another dodgy router.

Whats the problem with it? I have a linksys and i don't have any problems, and mine was the cheapest one they had. Most of the time it comes down to your connection speed in general, or your ports. Knology (my isp) set up mine from their end, i just plugged it all in and called them and they did all the commands from the office.

I told my ISP that I'm a gamer and to open all ports needed to play online. Your probably right on the connection speed because I live in a part of town that was built in the 1930's or 1940's and the town is way behind on retrofitting old phone/cable lines. I think if I move to a newer part of town that would help. Also I was told I had a 12meg. connection which I think is horse dookie.

Do you have DSL or cable? If you have DSL you can run CAT5 straight from the box to your modem and bypass all that old wiring and gain some there.

Explain please what your talking about. And I have DSL:grumpy:

With DSL the DSL signal is running all through every phone line in your house and also to your modem and with it all being old its prob losing performance somewhere. You can get some cat5 wire and run it straight from the phone box on the side of the house to your modem to make a straight connection to stop any of the performance problems. As far as wiring it up it isn't hard at all but they aren't always hooked up the same etc. so you will just have to look and figure it out. Most of the time its just a matter of matching colors.

Thanx for your input, I'll give it a try. My landord told me the house was built in 1929!! SHEESH.... The telephone hook-up to the house is an electrical nightmare:nervous:...so I'll see what I can do without having to call the phone company.

Well no matter when the house was built the external phone box should be up to date/code so it shouldn't be a problem. The houses wiring is another matter. The phone company will only replace that if it keeps you from having service which is hardly ever, and even then they might have a fee for you to pay :(
