Level 15 ain't so bad. i haven't been able to get into any recent matches.

My stats took a beating because I was pathetic at first, I am getting bettter now. I started online two days ago, I am level 22, which is a master gunnery sargent.

Same thing happened to me. My first few weeks I sucked horribly and destroyed my accuracy and K/D. Now I'm up to 18% accuracy and just yesterday got up to a 1.00 K/D. I don't think I'm gonna be going through on prestige mode though, even though I almost exclusively use the M16. I don't wanna lose my perks!

Martyrdom is worthless... Last stand is a little less worthless. The Knife is somewhere between the two...

I use martyrdom, and I get a lot of kills that way. Especially in smaller, tighter maps.

I agree, martyrdom is worth it, some people (including me) completely forget about the perk and get blown apart when they walk over my dead body. I also use it because I hate the Last Stand perk, nothing pisses me off more in the game when I unload a whole round into someone, they are supposed to be dead but no they get 1 more shot health and kill me. They don't kill me very often but when they do I am usually swearing my butt off. So I also don't use Last Stand because I don't want to be a hypocrite.

I think Martyrdom pisses me off more and everyone else too in general. I think you should support both of them or none of them.

What pisses me off too is that red cross perk which gives you longer health so after you've emptied a whole clip, reloaded, and shot more they are still alive. Great.

Just had a good free-for-all, 30 kills, just 10 deaths. Also my kill/death ratio, is finally over 1.00, I am clawing my way back.

Just wait until you play a Headquarters match on the Shipment map, now that is Chaos.

Martyrdom is an excellent perk, ignore the nay-sayers, if they can't be bothered to check my body then I want the points. Same with Claymores, don't check the doorways and you will end up with a face full of ball-bearings.

I just had a Domination match at the abandoned buildingy one - GT4genius involved also. I chose my Melee class - Skorpion, silenced handgun, 3 smoke bombs and Martyrdom - and got more points than anyone in the opposition team and passed my grenade killing challenge #3. Though only 11 kills.

free-for-all, and team deathmatch, though I want to give headquaters a go.

I love HQ and Team Deathmatch. If you need nade kills, HQ is your game. Before I went prestige, I would just toss frags all around HQ and kill pretty much everyone there without wasting a bullet.

I just accidentally quit a GTP match with beerz, scaff and magburner, but I had some great fights its tough against this lot, I managed quite a few second places and one first place, I thourghly enjoyed it despite get killed multiple times

Plus 11 kills - 2 each with knife and grenade

My wife's cousin's son. He's just got his PS3, so I invited him into the matches (hence the reason why we were playing Free-for-all - he's not yet at a level to play much else).

Getting into a match in proving to be a total pain tonight, after not being able to play for days I have just spent 15 minutes getting into a team deathmatch, only for the host to end it straight way.

I'm afraid I may have said a 'bad' word into my headset at that point.


However just got into a HQ match @ Shipment. 👍

Scaff I recieved a couple of invites from you but because you guys in EU don't have the patch yet I wouldn't be connected, that patch problem is getting really frustrating as I saw that you Beerz and Magburner were all on playing but I couldn't join in.

BTW guys I am slowly getting my K/D to 2.0, I am at 1.96 right now and I can't wait to be at 2.

EDIT: any North American players can come and I should be on to play some matches.

I really enjoyed our matches, it sure was great fun!
I was getting frustrated because of my headset not working then, and also because I've recently went to 3rd Prestige, so all the goodies are still locked and I had to make do with whatever weapons/attachments/perks were available...
The Pipeline match was really weird; I had just unlocked the M4 and decided to use it, but for some reason the hit detection wasn't working properly. That's why I went through 2 magazines shooting at you from the hill...

Err...sorry if this problem is well-repeated, but didn't feel like flipping through 42 pages of the t hread. But I just can't join matches. I have had the game for 2 wks, finished the single in 2 days, and haven't been able to play multiplayer other than a few short matches.

Stuck on waiting for players...

If you guys are willing to, please invite me to games too lol.

Sometimes it just gets like that man, you can wait 2 seconds to get into a game or you can wait 1 hour to get into a game its really weird sometimes. Theres not much you can do about it except for just sit there and wait and hope for it to find a game, if you are searching for a game for a while and it just finds you in a room with noone else and waiting for X number of players just hit O and go back to the lobby and search again.

I find that if I wait for searching for too long that nothing happens so I will wait for 5 minutes max then just search a different type of match. Really not much you can do about it.

I had a bizarre glitch earlier - for some reason the match would start with just me on my team. My team would all appear about a minute in - but it was a very interesting minute indeed.

I love this game but i think i'm a bit crap at it, after 5 hrs of play my K/D is only .45 and i'm only at lv 13. And my average score during a match is usually only about 70!

Anyway, also when some of you innvite me to your matches it appears when my match ends so then i press yes and it tells me i cant join, whats going on!! Is it because the match is over or what.
