Well let's see...
- I'd start with building my own house up in the Appalachian Mountains, probably in Virginia. This ensures that when the huge tsunami wipes out the East Coast, I'll be fine, and when Yellowstone erupts, the lava flows won't get to me. I think ahead.

Anyway, about the house. Some features: a Mongolian BBQ-style restaurant in it, as well as a steak house. It would have its own solar and wind farms in the surrounding mountains (hidden from view though, as not to obstruct the scenic view) to supply energy, as well as solar panels on the roofs and solar windows for that extra bit of energy. Also it would have an underground building housing many backup generators and fancy electrical stuff to ensure if the power wanted to go out, it wouldn't. Obviously the most advanced and effective security systems would also be installed throughout the house. Other than that, it wouldn't need to be very big. It would have a large master bedroom for me and the wife that I'm assuming (read: hoping) that I'll have by then, a state-of-the-art home theater, an electronics room where I have my game systems/super fast gaming PCs/TV with plasma screen, a nicely laid out kitchen and a large, open living room. Lots of large windows and decks overlooking the scenery are a must. Ceiling height for most rooms would be at least 12 feet, and we'd have the best, scratch/key/etc proof hardwood flooring installed throughout.
Let's say that costs $5 mil, to be safe. That way I can also put in some extras if I'm short.
- In addition to the house I'd spend some money to close off the surrounding mountain roads and make them private for my enjoyment.

I'd say about $200k should do the trick.
- The garage. Well it would be pretty big, to house and service some cars. (no cost since it's part of the $5m house)

- An additional $50k set aside for any other brass instrument collecting I might want to do.
- A Fiat 500 Abarth SS that I have shipped over from Europe for fun and thrashing. I'd say $20k including shipping?
- A blue Volvo XC60 T6 for safe, stylish and Swedish every day driving. I built my own on the website and it came out to $47,925.
- A BMW M3. Built my own again and it came out to $74,255.
- An old, basic, cheap 2-door to modify into a drifting machine. No more than $5k on the car itself, but tuning and parts will make it much more expensive. I'll put the cap at $100k.
I'd start with that. This leaves me with $9,467,389. What to do with that:
- Allocate $1 million to my family (as in parents, brother, etc).
- Donate $5,467,389 to several charities, funds, and such.
- Donate $1 million of the remaining $3 million to the Church.
- Put the rest ($2 million) in the bank and live on the interest.
