Doesn't just about everyone complain that we only ever get M3s and RS5s and never any lower end models?

You'll never please everyone I guess.
I think in this case it's more that the Crown Victoria is the far more popular car than the fact it's a lesser model.

Is it bad that i'm far more interested in the Crown Vic than anything else? The rest is a bonus for me.
I can't wait for the upco......Umm...guys..why everyone are disappointed?

@Lameonade I actually made a mistake on my last post, while I did used to have you on my list but not so now...

Sorry...:guilty:

nooooooooooooo :'(

Although I'm not surprised my drivatar isn't very good; I haven't been playing the game lately (or very much at all), so that's no doubt reflected in my drivatar's state.

RCR is the reason I want the Vagabond Falcon in the game.

Oh yeah, a stock Falcon with a bodykit preset called "Vagabond RCR". Would be sick.

I wouldn't mind having Mr Regular replacing Warren or Keira too, seeing an Impreza (if there's any) and go "Suubaruu Impossibruu".

For those of you who wants to use the Crown Vic in the game as a cop car (including me), here's a video to cheer you up.

Any RCR fans here?

I would love to have them in the game but i'm not sure if Age Ratings systems are going to be happy with that in 3+ game...

I finally had a chance to put a few hours into the game over the weekend. This resulted in finally winning HE cars in the wheel spin (a GT-R and a Viper once I was about Lvl 43 or so) before going back to the usual 2,000 - 7,000 payouts. Next was finishing off the rest of the Barn Finds. It took me a while to get the first 5 or so, but soon after they started coming almost as quickly as it took me to drive to another event!

So now I'm up to Level 50+ and I'm still having a blast driving around, exploring, and finding new things to see & do.

Yeah this simply isn't true.
Agreed on that. Some may have been rebuilt, but there are still some that have flaws and bad modeling found in the Xbox 360 versions.
guys, I am pretty sre that all three of us have VERY good examples of what exactly is to PORT a car through a generation, and what is to remake it.

There was also some paint issues on the Trueno that transferred over. It would be odd to recreate a whole car and have the exact same issues with the livery editor.
the in-game application of liveries, aka the livery editor probably is done in-house, while we know that for car modelling, mesh, etc they outsource to many different companies.
And while you claim the livery mapping error as an indicator that car was ported, overall the car detail itself is -imo always- an indicator for the opposite.

Yes. The AP1 NSX was rebuilt. The E36 M3 was carried over from the 360 era with the same out of shape body and inexplicably, gained amber indicators, despite the M3 Evo it depicts coming with clears from the factory and how it was on the 360.

I will of course reference the 1970 Chevelle that still has the same misshapen body that it had back in FM4. The 1970 El Camino is pretty much spot on with the real car, and it has the same exact front sheet metal as the Chevelle, so you can see the differences easily when flipping back and forth in the dealership.

Would have been happy with the DLC pack in the Motorsport games, but I like it none the less. :)
Also, anyone else getting a glitch where the car never gets dirty? Occasionally I drive my F40 off-road because I can and it doesn't get dirty no matter how long I'm off-road. It's happened to me in many other cars. Not a big deal, just odd.
Was experimenting with it on 3 of the Raptors. The Shelby version got dirty really quick. 1 never got dirty. The last one, the regular V6Eco model wouldn't get dirty with a couple matte paint jobs, switched to metallic, and then still took longer than usual to get dirty. It is a bit weird.

Every time a Smoking Tire car pack is released it causes individuals who don't know what The Smoking Tire is to ask "where are the drift cars?". I find this a little funny

Also, why is the Motorsport All-Stars pack hidden away from the storefront? You can only find it by searching for it. Guess they want to sell Ultimate Editions?
Motorsport All-Stars pack is indeed bundle only with the 2 Editions.
I'm looking forward to the Vulcan and M2 most of all. Now I just need a Zonda R and P1 GTR in order to complete the extreme track toy set.
The Zonda R has been missing for a few games now. It was also outdated compared to the upgrades Pagani gave it.

Actually, it isn't! You can purchase the All-Stars pack seperatley on the Xbox website here for $9.99 USD. I cannot check if you can buy it on console since I'm in the middle of moving, but I imagine you should be able to.

Who has me on their drivitar lineup?

I'd much prefer things like this. I wouldn't mind a few normal cars. Not every thing has to be the highest spec model of everything ever.

The Marauder wasn't a Super Car. It was effectively a Police Interceptor with all the chrome painted body colour, special alloy wheels, slightly lower springs, and a detuned version of the SVT Cobra Mustang engine. Most Panther cars got the 2 valve SOHC Modular. The Marauder got the 4 valve DOHC one.
It was the SS Impala to the Caprice Classic, the M5 to the 535i, the XJ-R to the XJ6.

Practically everyone I've seen was begging for the Marauder, rather than the CVPI. It's like T10 was trolling us.

Makes me think that everyone who is begging for an S14, when they give it to us it's going to be the **** USDM one with the KA24 and an automatic.

I'm really looking forward to the Crown Vic. And lest you assume it'll only be suitable for pavement...

Liking how the game says you're winning too much so you should increase the Drivatar difficulty. Didn't realise it had a setting for that until I got the popup. Unfortunately, I have a rather good tune for the FJ40, so I just keep winning, even at Unbeatable. Don't think it will be the same with other cars though. :scared:

My xbox just shut down while I was in my 3rd lap of goliath circuit...yesterday I forgot to shut off simulation damage, as I was running out of gas before the end of the race. I think I will take a break , just so mad at the moment :banghead:🤬 (this game is awesome by the way)

Been playing Online Adventure mode for the last hour or so, so far been having fun! I just wonder if anyone wants to do some co op with me?

Signing off for today, but up for some co-op tomorrow and other days of the week. 👍 Your Drivatar appears to be my nemesis BTW, it's by far the one that pops up most of the time, almost around every corner.

My thoughts on the DLC:

2016 Aston Martin Vulcan - Seems interesting enough to give it some wheel time, not sure how long though.

2016 BMW M2 - I've never been huge on BMW's but this seems like fun.

2016 Pagani Huayra BC - See Aston Martin Vulcan for response

2016 Spania GTA - Ditto

2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor - I can already see this one getting quite a bit of wheel time.

1976 Jeep CJ-5 Renegade - This is the star of the pack for me and should be fun to race along the Bronco and FJ40. I'm glad this is making it in with enough time to add it to my championship.

2000 Lotus 340 R - I've never even heard of this before but it looks awesome.

Conclusion; A nice balanced pack in my view.
