Gotta love how almost every playground adventure, everyone votes for S2 class, supercars and hypercars. Even though they're worthless off road, which all of the Games are mostly comprised of.
Guarantee it's mostly 15 year olds that crack a fatty to whatever the hypercar of the week is.
No wonder why I was beating them with my nomad easily.
One thing I noticed, in the head to head races the drivatars almost always stick to the roads. It seems they don't go off-road, or take shortcuts, like they did in FH2. It makes them super easy to beat.
For the most of the times, yes but sometimes they do go off road.
Did the final Showcase a while ago. It wasn't bad in itself, but the Centenario vs. fighter jet would've been a much better choice for the last Showcase event.
You stole my idea...
Also anyone thinks that finds that the final showcase was a bit to early into the game? It was around %33 of completion at that time.

My drivatars lineup contains of @Sutuki, @prousonhairy, @FordGTGuy and @Lameonade. I had slipstream and some others at one point but sadly I replaced him with one of the four above because they were far more ahead especially you @Sutuki.

And now all new drivatars I find are below the levels of the drivatars I have.

I've found love for the MG really car. I put the turbo on it and then upgraded it fully. Then I played around with the tuning as it would top out at 135. I got the top speed up to 207. So, it gets off the line quick, handles well and had supercar speed. Add how light it is and this thing is a blast to go hooning in. Love thrashing that little thing about.

Guess who got his last barn find as well as the last unlockable Midnight Duel car today!

@Luminis, that just means that you are that much closer to the end of the campaign. Something I'm not looking forward to.

Last night I bought/built a few cars for each class and did some Rivals in order to test them out.

Since Horizon doesn't have the "leaderboard hunter" culture of the Motorsport titles, any decent clean run will get you into the Top 100. I even scored a few Top 20s, and off-road events were even easier (both screenshots for Outback Gorge Cross Country):

I've got the Jeep tune up on my Storefront incase anyone wants to try it out. You can add about 400PI worth of parts to that car before you hit the class limit (it starts around D/120) and basically have 2 options: Off-Road tyres and 3-4 engine parts, or Street Tyres and enough parts to install 2 engines worth of power into the car

Grab yourself a Local Motors Rally Fighter for S2; it's as quick on dirt as most supercars on tarmac.

I wish the cars would come to a stop after a head-to-head race rather than continuing to drive while you collect your rewards (gets worse when you trigger a wheel spin). Last night I gained control of my car mid-air and managed to hit the one tree around.

Besides that, last night I collected my last barn find and completed a second midnight battle. Feel like I am making progress, except getting credits seems to be tough and the wheel spins are pretty much a let down most of the time. Took me forever to save up for an F40.

Also, anyone else getting a glitch where the car never gets dirty? Occasionally I drive my F40 off-road because I can and it doesn't get dirty no matter how long I'm off-road. It's happened to me in many other cars. Not a big deal, just odd.

Anyone speak this language?

@Turboteg90 Try to join your three posts together, triple-posting is a no-no with such a short time interval. Just giving you some advice about that.

Also, I guess those who thought the mysterious Ford was a Crown Vic can finally feel proud of their guess.

The Crown Vic? Really? Rather than the 300+ horsepower muscle car version that is the 2004 Mercury Marauder, they add the ho-hum every day Ford model?
That's like adding a 328i rather than an M3. Just daft.

Yeah happy I didn't punt for the season pass basing on the first pack. The Vic would be great fun though, more poor police liveries in-bound!

I've wanted a 340R in a good driving game for... Oh, about 16 years. This is awesome.

Pretty sure I called the Crown Vic too. Nice touch, would be very surprised if it doesn't have some police body mods. Weird that it'll join the Jag in being a cop car from outside Australia, but oh well. Would also not be surprised if it transforms into the Marauder for FM7.

The three hypercars should please the kiddies, and I'm happy to see the M2. I assume it means the M235i's days are numbered though. :(

The Renegade is a bit of a letdown considering it's not that different from the existing Wrangler.

Overall, reasonably impressive pack. If this is a sign of what's to come from the Car Pass, I expect to enjoy it almost as much as FM6's excellent content.

The CJ5 is more in common with the Willys than the Wrangler.
And if it is the one powered by the 304 AMC V8, it would also be one of the fastest pre-Wrangler Jeeps as well. Though given our luck, well get the gutless-I mean dauntless V6.

They are both open-top 4x4 vehicles, but besides that they differ quite a bit. Carbed-V8 short wheelbase with leaf sprung axles versus fuel-injected V6 longer wheelbase with coil sprung axles. Granted, the differences really only apply if the physics are correct for each.

Err there is quite a bit difference between the CJ-5 and the Wrangler JK.

I wish it was the Cj-5 that has the Falcon Inline 6 since Australia but oh well.
