Test drive has already been anounced. I can't think of any PS3 sequel to compete with GT be it NFS, burn out or anything else. To compete it has to be on the same level ie realistic manufacturers and physics. Motorstorm etc are completly different.

They're probably talking about Test Drive Unlimited 2. Which will be huge and a lot of fun, but it doesn't even compare to a GT game.

Im very sure they mean MotorStorm 3, it was already leaked that a trailer exists.
The stuff about GT5 is just hype, although Pacific Rift is one of my favorite games this gen (so far). Its incredible in every aspect.

God I hope so. I hear it hand better physics over FM2 and GT4. GT5 needs tough sim competitor on the PS3. I will also buy it. I hope it's 60 FPS with good to decent graphics, but with great damage weather and all that GT5 promises and beyond.

Do we even know for certain which developer is responsible?
If it is Eutechnyx or Codies, i might not be very convinced a true rival is coming, although real competition is always welcomed, especially now.
It is a sequel, the only existing console game which came close is Enthusia, but i doubt it is, although i'm hoping Enthusia 2 would be confirmed.
Konami jumping into the time gap will scare the living daylights out of PD.

It doesn't say it will be out next month, it's say's there will be more information next month. The game is probably a while away yet.
