Impressions? Is it worth it?

Well, it's my first wheel. But everything about it is very good. Powerful FFB, great finish. I would've preferred suede/leather grip but it's rubber. Defo worth the money though and the pedals are smooth with quite a stiff brake pedal after the mod that comes in the box which is good. I also bought the Wheelstand Pro Deluxe. It's magic for what it is.

I forgot to mention- I got the Cusco Subaru (the Premium one, unless the one from GT4 was also included). I thought about down-tuning it and try it out in the B-Spec Seasonals that require cars be 500PP or less. I didn't enter it in those Seasonals as of yet, though I have tuned it down to meet the PP regulations as well as put on Sports Hard tires.

Got the Mazda 787B after finally getting enought money to get it. One of the best buys I ever made.

Ford GT in Mark IV red with no body stripes. Just the side stripes. I gave it some nice BBS wheels (the second option in the wheel selection) and painted them in white. Looks like an old GT40 :) I just wished we had an option to make wheels smaller and adjust the offset like in NFS Shift and Undercover to complete the oldschool look on the GT.

Spent a lot of time grinding this weekend to get all the under one million OCD rally cars (and the RS200, really wanted that car for a long time!) FINALLY got the Jaguar XJ220 LM Race Car too. And since all that grinding I've currently got 6.5 million plus so I can buy a lot of cars that come my way now, but I do want the 2D.

Silver Ford GT with black stripes to make a total of 8 Premium Ford GTs. I do love my American cars with racing stripes. :)

Among two interesting purchases, I got that BMW Touring Car (2003) and the Lotus Motorsport Elise. I thought about using that BMW Touring Car in the B-Spec Seasonal races limited to 500PP. I'm still awaiting the opportunity to finally get my own Nissan R390 GT1 Road Car and finally have a chance to make the most of it in races.

Got me a Renault RenaultSports Clio V6. I painted it in Inca Gold, which is more like a nice deep metallic shade of yellow. Put some Matte Black multy-spoke wheels. Tweeked the engine to 290HP, droped one stage of weight and put on some sport softs. That car not only handles like a dream, but it accelerates brutally. This, plus the Lotus Esprit V8 are so far the only cars that give you such a sense of speed.

Awesome find! I just got it a few days ago after forgeting about it completely. It's still sitting in my garage, though. I need to fix the chassis and engine and think where can I do a fair race with it (same problem that it suffered from in GT4).

Bought a Ginetta G4 and a Volkswagen W12 Nardo Concept today thus far.

The #18 Pescarolo-Peugeot '03. Now I have both 03' Pesca's....

Searched around the Used Car lot and found me a a Volkswagen New Beetle Cup Car in red and a Saleen S7 in Speedlab Yellow. I am actually trying to save up to get a certain Standard and a certain Premium race car that costs eight figures. Whichever one I get first (or if I find both), I'll post about it.

I haven't bought anything today but in the last week I bought the F1 2007, a V12 BMW LMP the standard one, I traded some stuff for a Diablo and Speed 12. I got a ABT Audi TT touring car. Been a nice week.

The premium Corvette Z06 C5 Commemorative Edition. Beautiful car if you choose a nice set of five spoke black painted wheels. It looks like the GS Corvette C4.

Oh, and it will kill an A.I driven R35 GTR in stock trim ( what A.I car is not beatable :P ).

I got a car I had forgotten about, the NSX R Concept.

I nearly jumped out of my driving seat when I bought my Suzuki ESCUDO the other day...

Too bad I have yet to drive it, because it was getting late for work... :nervous:

Honda S2000 Race Car and Mazda RX-8 Concept Race Car. And I'm so jealous to anyone who has Escudo. I've been hunting it for ages now.

I've recently replaced my old ARTA NSX with the Epson NSX (it feels faster). I also bought a Daihatsu Midget, gave it 99HP and painted it Red Stable just for the hell of it. I learned that if you put comfort hards on it, you will corner sideways. Also got rid of my old Z06 RM and replaced it with a new one.

Today I found a Chevy SSR in the UCD. Too bad it's not an open top like it was in GT4.

EPIC. I shall exhibit this sometime... :dopey:

I just made my first-ever purchase of that eight-figure car: a candy red Ferrari F2007! So I can now do that Ferrari F1 Seasonal without having to borrow a friend's car. It took a lot for me to get to 10 million Credits. If I reach that amount again, I want to get the Ferrari F10 to add to my stable of cars. So... I finally got my first really expensive car in GT5!

As for the SSR thing, I'm surprised you can't drop the top on that truck like you could in GT4. You usually know a car is a convertible or a roadster once you see the top down on it on the turntable.

Today I bought

/ Citroen Xsara VTR
/ Pagani Zonda C12S
/ Jaguar XJ220 LM Racecar.

Premium 'Lancia Integrale something'. Awfully ugly car. Painted it matte brown and slap on some gold rims to match my G35(also another ugly car IMO).

Also bought a standard FTO touring car. Or is it LM race car? Still missing that RX-7 LM Race Car.

Yellow nismo 400r skyline, been after the yellow one for over a year!

I got rid of my old BMW 1 Tii Concept, and got a new regular 135i. I love this car so much. It eats E46 M3s for breakfast, and it's almost stock!

I even left the stock wheels. They are perfect!

Sorry for posting pics of it, but I'm simply in love with this little Non-M monster. It's such a pleasure to drive.

Thats Sacreligious!!

On Topic: Third V12 LMR and first XJR-9. Oh, and a third McLaren F1. The cockpit view on the V12 LMR is actually one of the best of the LMPs.
