Errr.. can someone please where's the front?

I. Will. Cut. You.

Just kidding. I am a Mustang fanboy; have had 4 of them, a 67 coupe, a 71 Mach 1 (so I love it in the game, but it handles like a pig-- just exactly like a stock 71 Mach 1) and 72 Mach 1, and a 71 Boss 351. I went to Vegas two weekends ago and rented a new Mustang convertable. Had the 305 hp V-6. Smoked the tires down a back street. had a great time. Also visited the Shelby American shop and took a tour. Now I am hooked. Will be getting a new Kona Blue convertable GT and then send it to Shelby to be made into a GT350 with a supercharger-- 630 hp. Love it.

Uglyiest car in GT5. Hmmm. There are so many to choose from. The Klugelwagon has to be in the running. Was a fun race to run, but it is still a damn ugly car.

The Ferrari 458 Italia. That thing is just way too curvy looking. It looks retarded.

Pontiac Aztek... wait, its not in the game and I like it:guilty:.

Ugliest for me is the Autozam premium Mazda.

What's with the perspex panel near the top anyway?
Not Perspex, it's Lexan. Lexan was in its early years of development, and it was used for generating downforce in the 2J. It was used as the spoiler, and also for the side and under-skirts to maintain low pressure under the car.

The fans were radiator fans from a Vietnam-era self-propelled Howitzer.

b) what's up with the different colored wheel hubs by side? is that s'posed to be like 'hot' and 'cold' or something?
That's pretty routine in racing. Even the old Ford Mk IV had red knockoffs on one side and blue on the other. It's how the crews tell which side of the car the tire belongs on -- especially important with directional tires. It's been done in racing a long, long time.

Ugliest car?

'88 Nissan EXA Canopy (Pulsar wagon)

You really have to work to make a car that ugly and blah.

OH OH, don't call it a shoebox! If you're talking cars, there's only ONE shoebox, and that's the 49-51 Ford...and it's not in GT5!

:dopey:

Thanks for the 2J support guys, or at least a few of you :D

I am a Ford guy to the core, but to me, the only shoebox is a '55 shoebox Chevy. See the one Harrison Ford drives in 'American Graffitti'.

No that is not all, the 2D chaparrall, almost forgot about it .

I can't believe what I'm hearing! This? An Ugly car? I seriously hope you're mistaking the 2D with the 2J.

Say hello to my little 24H Nur winner. :D

The Pontiac Tempest. It's like a shoe-box.

And what's with that spoiler on the Plymouth Superbird ?!?!?!?! Hahahaha!

The Superbird was the NASCAR car of the era. They wanted the spoiler to generate downforce on the reaend, but as they attached it to the body frame in the trunk area, they also made it high enough.....so they could open the trunk!!

Hehe... many people didn't like competition with 2J on Historic Cup races. That's the reason why they so hate 2J :)

For me, it's amazing car. Would like to try it in real life.

For me, there are many ugly cars in GT5 - cars from 70x and 80x. That square boxes.

You can make some cars ugly by adding an aero wing to them, like the RS200, Lancia Delta HF and Peugot 205, I don't know what the designers were thinking.

My pick would be my British Racing Green Marcos Mini Marcos GT, it looks like some kind of bug, you can imagine legs sprouting out from the sides and it scurrying away.

OH OH, don't call it a shoebox! If you're talking cars, there's only ONE shoebox, and that's the 49-51 Ford...and it's not in GT5!
[gorgeous car] :dopey:

I would drive that thing all day, every day.

In the game I'd say the Superbird is up there on my list of ugliest cars.

Im gonna have to say the Ferrari Enzo is downright hideous.

I understand that they were trying to go for extremes, but they cross the lines between acceptable and atrocious.

Chapparal 2J is the most beautiful car ever to grace the racetracks....from the pits.

Dem lap times mang.
