The 7.0 Update is now available to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners, and is just in time to prepare the game for next week’s Renault Sport Car Pack.

Weighing in at 2.0GB on the PS4 and 3.2GB on the Xbox One, the latest update is primarily focused on neutralizing an exploit granting a top speed advantage gained by running zero camber.

That’s a taste of what’s been introduced in the latest update for Project CARS. For the entire rundown of what’s new and improved, have a look at the original news posting here when the update was first made available to PC owners.

BEWARE!!! XBOX One version of project cars has a game save bug that basically wipes out your tunes and single player progress at random! This has been happening since patch 2.0 and has not addressed by Slightly Mad Studio’s.

SMS Studios are going to great lengths to hide this from potential customers by removing topics and banning members from talking about this.

This is the main reason why Pcars has died on XBOX.

SMS are taking the XBOX players money and will not fix this GAMEBREAKING GAMESAVE CORRUPTION BUG!

    Spread the word my brothers!!!

Glad this game is still getting updates, such a great game with a wheel. For those of you who have it on Xb1 or PS4 there’s a companion app (pCars Dash) for android that’s pretty cool,it’s $5 but IMO is well worth it.

I really tried liking this game, but, I am waving the white flag.
While the physics and graphics are a slight cut above GT6, to me it is too complicated/time consuming to get the cars handling properly. The career mode lacks initiative and the bugs are very annoying.
It’s like buying an old ferrari and trying to appreciate it because of its unique character.
Time spent looking over/working on the mechanical bits can be fun, however, what I really desire is seat time. Therefore, I will stick with the Honda/GT6.

    Mmmmmm Michael L.

The fix of the camber issue is there for sure..

But the main future is the addition of the UDP application compatibility in PlayStation 4 and Xbox One really.

    Really good feature in fact.

For the rest.. Not a all to good update, Silverstone Classic box online issue is not fixed.. And the tyres physics are now screwed up…
Hoping that the Renault Pack DLC is good…

Project cars is a real race spirit thing, it’s the closest you get from reality right now. GT6 is an arcade racing video game. If it suits you better, good for you but if you wanna feel like a real sim racer, maybe you should spend some time learning the game.
