Turn 10’s Dan Greenawalt sat down with Matt Farah and the rest of The Smoking Tire podcast crew to chat about the newly-unveiled Forza Horizon 3. In it, he lets a few choice tidbits loose on the upcoming open-world game, chief among them being the (eventual) addition of 3-wheelers.

The latest build of GT Sport is being shown off on the floor at E3, but for those not in attendance eager to see what’s in store, a new direct-feed gameplay video has begun making its way online.

Forza Horizon 3 was revealed earlier today. Taking place in Australia, it promises 350+ cars, a deeper level of customization, and full cross-platform support with the Windows 10 platform when it launches this September 27. Turn 10 have now revealed the game’s pre-order details, as well as how the Forza Rewards player loyalty program will support the new title.

Microsoft kicked off their E3 Conference by taking the wraps off of the Xbox One S, the newest iteration of the console featuring a slimmer design. The conference came to a close with a look into the future of the brand, with Phil Spencer taking the stage to confirm the existence and development of the next major addition, Project Scorpio.

The rumors have been rampant the past few months, of newer and/or improved consoles. While Sony may have stepped in to finally confirm the existence and development of NEO, Microsoft haven’t been sitting on their laurels as they’ve now confirmed a slimmed down variant of the One, named Xbox One S.

It’s Monday morning, and that means the big two are about to unleash their press conferences for this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo. Microsoft is up first at 9:30 AM PST (click here to convert to your timezone), with their presentation being broadcast on the official Xbox Twitch channel, which you can watch up top. With E3 kicking off this week, and GT Sport events already taking place in London, Nürburg, and Tokyo, fans of the franchise are itching to get a chance for a test drive before the game arrives on PS4 in mid-November. GT Academy, the notable racing program made as a result of cooperation between Nissan and PlayStation, quickly gained recognition for offering PlayStation and Gran Turismo users an opportunity to take part in real racing. Currently running strong in its 8th year of existence, the program has life in it yet as, according to recent news, there are more things to come.

In a slightly unexpected move, Sony has unveiled the latest Gran Turismo Sport trailer mere days before the year’s biggest gaming event. The title confirms this is indeed the footage intended for E3 next week, and while it contains a lot of familiar content for those who’ve kept track of our GT Sport coverage the last month, it does hold some welcome surprises.

You’re well aware of the story by now, of a more capable and better equipped PlayStation 4 console, that has been referred to as the PlayStation 4.5 or PlayStation 4K. Just a mere three days before their press conference at the 22nd E3 expo could kick-off, Sony has stepped in to comment on the rumors.

Although the race is entirely devoted to motorcycles, for the last several years Subaru has been coming to the course in order to challenge the four-wheel lap record. The first Tuesday of each month is traditionally ‘New Car Pack’ day for Forza fans. With the Season Pass complete, and E3 just around the corner, players are unsure of whether a new car pack will be arriving soon or not. Ford UK has let slip that, regardless of a car pack’s arrival, all Forza Motorsport 6 players will be receiving a free treat today, in the form of the Ford GT LM.

As Assetto Corsa’s console launch approaches the new summer release date of August 30th, coverage of the game continues to gain traction.
