This week we began celebrating the contents of Assetto Corsa’s Bonus Pack 3. We kicked things off with three of the seven new rides touring Laguna Seca. As a last hoorah for the game in 2017, we couldn’t be more impressed.

The latest sales rankings from the UK show another strong performance for the racing genre. Courtesy of GfK Chart-Track, the list (running up to December 23) shows the usual suspects continue to place in the Top 20.

Four new Community Events have been added to Project CARS 2. The time trials will join the other events recently added to bring players into 2018. There’s even a prize up for grabs in an Autosport-sponsored event.

You may have heard a little thing called the 1.10 update landed in GT Sport late last week. Just in time for the franchise’s 20th anniversary — and before some unexpected major down time — it brought a dozen new cars to the game.

The latest update for Forza Motorsport 7’s Specialty Dealer is now live. As usual, there are three vehicles up for grabs.

Project CARS 2 players received the first bit of the game’s DLC last week, with the surprise release of the Fun Pack. We’ve spent some time with the content of the pack, and come back with a verdict: it’s an appropriate name.

With the release of GT Sport 1.10, the game added a dozen new cars for players to race. One of the stand outs is the 2013 Gran Turismo Award winner, a 1967 Chevy Nova built by Chris Holstrom Concepts.

Last week saw the release of Bonus Pack 3 for Assetto Corsa. With it comes seven all-new vehicles and Laguna Seca. PC players are the first in line to sample the new content.

Polyphony Digital has updated Gran Turismo Sport’s Mileage Exchange for another week, bringing fresh paints, wheels and a brand new car.

You’ll probably have noticed that connecting to GT Sport’s servers was almost impossible for the last couple of days. Users were unable to log in to race online, or even to access their save data. It’s a little awkward for an online-focused title, on the day the series celebrated its 20th birthday.

If you’re just settling in to some well-earned time off and hoping to get some GT Sport action, we’ve got a little bit of bad news.

BigBen Games has released a new trailer for TT Isle of Man, the upcoming motorbike racer from the publisher. Currently in development by Kylotonn Games, the title is aiming to offer the most realistic recreation of the famous challenge yet.

Another round of Forzathon challenges is available to players this holiday season in Forza Motorsport 7. Players will have the opportunity to pick pick up three rare GT cars and a new Freezer Burn Driver Gear.
