As with every week so far in GT Sport’s life time, Polyphony Digital has used Tuesday to rejig the Mileage Exchange.

As the v1.23 update lands, GT Sport players are having to get used to a rather unusual retrograde step. Polyphony Digital has changed the scheduling of the game’s Sport Mode Daily Races. Rather than daily, they’re now weekly — although still called “Daily Races”.

Yes, you’ve read that title correctly. Real-cash purchases have arrived in Gran Turismo Sport.

After weeks of teasing from Polyphony Digital, the latest title update for Gran Turismo Sport is now available. It’s a big one too, bringing a variety of new content to the sim racer.

Polyphony Digital has revealed the specifics for the final FIA Championship season. These events make up the qualification process for the various regional tournaments later in the year.

After what seems like an entire month of teasers, the next major GT Sport content update is almost upon us.

GT Sport players went without any new content in June. While Update 1.21 made way towards the end of the month, it primarily focused on the FIA Championship.

Those of you familiar with GT Sport know that there is a weekly scheduled server maintenance period. Every Wednesday, at 0500 UTC, Polyphony Digital flips the switch to turn the server off, turning it back on again two hours later.

Right on cue, Polyphony Digital has updated the Mileage Exchange. As expected, it’s all-change this week, bringing different cars along with all the other items. It’s a well established major/minor update cycle that shows no sign of changing.
