RB18 Steering Wheel for RSS FH22 (rss_formula_hybrid_2022_s)

Important: I fixed the DRS lights for this one. I'll do the same with the other ones later. I'm not a fan of the LEDS details of every steering wheel, so they're all genericals and following the original ones.

Installation as others, works like the others.

Guys, Am I the only one having troubles with this steering wheel mods? I copy them in the skin folder (the right version don't worry) but the game crashes.

I tried to launch hotlaps with Content Manager, nothing happened.

Really great skins and extension. One little thing: the display looks a bit dark in my case. View attachment 1169390

Are you using Pure or Sol? I noticed when I use Pure that all the lights on every track don't seem to be as bright as on Sol. One of the reasons I don't use Pure that much. Not sure if it's a difference between Pure and Sol or a difference between my Pure and Sol ppfilter. And i'm too lazy to try and figure out which it is.

I started doing some some time ago but I stopped, I remember that I had to change the uv mapping and edit something

Hello ... I know such search queries are always kind of annoying ... but now I'm a little desperate ... I had for the .... bm porsche 991 gt3r 2020 .... working digital instruments ... out of stupidity I deleted it... and now I'm looking for the improved digital instrument file... can someone please help me out of this mess?

to me it seems like they are the same version, i'm not a magician but the tracks do look the same

Sorry if I make a second question about this but maybe I find the problem

It's possible that this file works only with latest CSP version? 1.7.8?
'cause I have the recommended 1.7.3 and everytime I load it, it crashes

Thank you!

That's for the FH 2022. Just to clarify that's what you're looking for, not the FH 2021?

Maybe you're missing the fact that I already have about 4000 km on my lap and the time I achieved wasn't even the best I'm capable View attachment 1169391
I'm just starting to do my record laps

Sure, compliments to you, I have no idea anyway how to get this good on this car since it is slower if you can share some tips in this regard would be appreciated

I made also a question about the 2022 after the messages with you this...

Guys, Am I the only one having troubles with this steering wheel mods? I copy them in the skin folder (the right version don't worry) but the game crashes.

I tried to launch hotlaps with Content Manager, nothing happened.

Let's say that in this day I'm obsessioned with wheels and I want the best of them... 2021 it's solved, 2022 unfortunately not

I think it's because of the CSP 1.7.8 that for some reasons I prefer not to install

[ZombieBoy1978]

I missed the second question, but am glad that you at least got the 2021 ones sorted.

I'm afraid I can't help any more than that. I've not changed the wheel on the new car yet myself.

I'm on Pure. Tried it on Sol and yes it's brighter. It's not Filter related. Tried several ones. Are you in contact with @Peter Boese ? Maybe he can help.

[Gregz0r]

The default wheel on the FH22 is hideous.

In this regard I am trying to understand, referring to Silverstone, despite the km of practice you did with this car, how is it possible to squeeze out 4seconds from my 1.30.0xx to your 1.26.xxx with this car. With the VRC car after many hours of practice my best is 1.27.525. this means that if the gap stays the same between mine and your skills, you should do 1.24.high 1.25.low. If this is not the case I would like to ask you what magic there is behind your lap times because I really want to use this car, but the lack of performance is making me refrain from using it

Oh i'm sorry, did you get a bit offended in some way because we joked about ignore lists and leaving by the front door. This thread has been going for a long time and has thousands of posts and not every post or question gets answered, but to write about leaving and "disapppointment in all the members here" is a little bit over the top don't you think?

Anyway, i've put your 💩 in an envelope and sent it back to you

So what are the differences...??? You said they look the same when comparing between the Reboot Team version & the DMM version.

I better check the track for myself with the new Formula Hybrid 2022.

EDIT: So i checked the Reboot Team version & the end result is that the sponsors are different compared to the DMM version. It also lacks working screens on the building itself.

Last update 1.7 from Adelaide 1988 from Carrera4 and Rainmaker / Updated by Assetto-fr.tk has no lights in the night or csp features? Would anyone please so kind to help?

[pk3r72owns]

Tried to do a side by side video - but it's harder to align cameras, and driving than I first thought.

I can post something on his Pure discord channel showing the difference and see what he thinks might be the cause.

Great that you have got it working! Although I have HeliCorsa and PersonalBest working fine alongside each other 👍 For me only 1 at a time ONLY with these 2 apps, all other apps fine. We are sure versions of HeliCorsa and PersonalBest are same, maybe bug only with new version? HeliCorsa -...

Hi guys, I need help, try to change the wheels, with 3dsimed, the kn5 file is generated, in showroom looks like the photo, without blurred front rims, And when I want to start a race, the race is cancelled, what happened? Thanks in advance!!

Repeatedly telling people they should spam up the forum with pointless negatives, then sulking and insulting them when they don't... it's pretty odd behaviour. If people don't respond it's because they can't, or they have nothing to contribute, or they simply don't want to.

yep 100% this^^^

On a different note, i just took my version of the Eagle round the newly spiced up Imola and 'slap me across the face with a wet kipper and call me Susan' what an experience that was. I'd forgotten just how good that car really is even in it's almost but not quite finished state. I only wheel it out the museum once in a while and then put it back under a nice cosy blanket for a year or two but I dunno, I'm thinking if I don't hear from Megolito I might just see about getting this one finished because boy oh boy does it need to see the light of day

[PICK UP SPEED]

Sure, compliments to you, I have no idea anyway how to get this good on this car since it is slower if you can share some tips in this regard would be appreciated

Thank you very much, today I will upload a lap at maximum pace and everything I could extract as speed in one lap from FH22 and FH22S there in the description will be described under what conditions the tests were done! And in relation to where I can get so much speed, I generally spend 2-3k km on the track and over the years I have specialized in driving the RSS cars, which in my opinion have the best and most realistic physics with last year's car, I did 34K KM with the 2020 one 30k, with 2019 about 20k and with the rest 2018, 2017 about 10k in total this is my experience with their cars measured in km and the rest in the form of times and laps I have uploaded them on my youtube channel

I don't have idea of why it's crashing. You have something external that is making your AC crashing. Try it without the add-on.

I seem to remember he got extremely busy with work about two years ago so had to dial things back for a while, but it looks like he might have left the scene for good. It's probably safe to say he wouldn't mind it being finished after all this time.

Yeah i reckon it would be fine but I'm gonna reach out to him and see if he replies again anyway (I have sent him lots of messages on discord but he hasn't got back to me so I don't know what is going on with him) I just hope he is ok.
Anyway maybe we should all gather together at some point and see what needs doing to get this car finished. I really think it's close to completion but needs a few final touches

I've installed both latest CSP and the extension and the steering wheel works perfectly (it's amazing too)

unfortunately this CSP has some problems with other cars I love (like alfa 155) so I think I will eliminate it and hope they solve it in future... but okay the problem now has a solution

thank you for the answer

Just confirming that I don’t have anything to add. I don’t want anyone to assume that I’m intentionally withholding a universe-breaking theory out of spite.
