Setups (setup.ini) that have been stored in c:/Documents/Assetto Corsa/setups/car/track are not being recognized in-game. It seems like the game cannot find these files. Windows 10. Content Manager. CSP 177 preview 1. Sol 2.2.1 Thoughts?

I've heard about this problems in the past, but not with 177p1 until now. Maybe bc I deleted 177p1 after a short test and went back to 176p136.

In the past changing to another version of CSP was one way to solve this.
Luckily I dont see anything about "OneDrive" in your path. That is another culprit for non working stuff in AC.
And a pal of mine with the same problem had a complete messed up race.ini. Deleting this files, which gets recreated, solved it for him.

So just try those options yourself. If something else causes this problem on your side and you figure it out, I'd be happy to add it to my knowledge.

P.S. from me: I tested the prototype yesterday - amazing and fun to drive!
3D-model is good, maybe a little lack of better AO and some better textures and some CSP features. Also, BR03 is positioned at the LMP3 level of performance, but how true this information from the SMP is - needs to be checked.
As for the tracks in the pack, I did not have time to check them and therefore I don’t know if they have any differences from those releases that were here earlier in the thread.

Just got around to trying this car again at Fort Grozy Autodrom and it's a lot of fun, so thanks Jodurson. If you ever come across any updates or better cameras for the track, please let us know!

Re-install CSP via CM and make sure you choose "clean old shaders and configs blabla".

I am not on my rig atm but there are 2 options to choose from when installing it via drag&drop. Don´t remember the exact phrase, sorry.

I run out of space on my "assetto ssd" so its time to move to the bigger m2ssd. I am a nonCM user. Do i risk something by moving the game folder through steam the steam function? Do steam move everything inclusive all content/mods? I think yes but i am affraid to risk ^^ The documnets folder stays untouched anyways ... so it should be no prob? Can anyone confirm to calm down my nervs please

I think only thing what i have to adjust later is - while using the GUIcompressing tool, i have to compress all stuff manually again.

I would drag the Content, Extension, System and SDK folders to somewhere safe. Maybe the Assetto Corsa folder from your docs folder too.
Then I would reinstall AC on the new SSD, delete those folders from the new installation and replace them with the folders that you have kept aside.
This means that all of your mods would be safe, and you might not have to decompress them either.

I'm going to have to do similar soon, I was just going to copy everything from my D: to the new drive, then swap drive letters using Disk Management. Easy, no?

Barber Motorsport Park (Birmingham, AL)...
I have the VRC/Rigel version which is pretty good, but each time I drive the track I feel something is missing.
IRL there are metal sculptures all around the track, spiders, ants, dragonflies and many more.
Does anyone knows about a AC version that has (at least some of) these ?

I would say try and reinstall first. Then delete and install as last resort.

simply rename your content folder. Integrity check will rebuild all. Copy over your renamed folder content, dont overwrite

Ah, yeah, I think that's the one I have. Same folder name, but this one has no meta-data, so I can't tell who it's from or the version. I think this might be an earlier version. It has the artworks tho...

Did you try editing brakes.ini (unless 'No chance of setting up the brakes.' refers to that lol) ? Could either lower the MAX_TORQUE value or adjust the FRONT_SHARE (brake bias) value to make it more rearward
