I used to get that. Download the latest version of the car from that link above and also check you're on CSP 1.76 or a higher preview.

Most crashes in AC nowadays I find are either because the car is made for an older version of CSP or the user's CSP is outdated.

Try this version from Legion, what I fixed partly a long time ago. Config from GitHub should be rather old. Don´t know if I ever updated it. Will take a look later and maybe update config with rainfx etc.

Edit: Ah, found an updated config. Imo @KevinK2 made rain_fx, at least it looks like his work. I included it into my config after getting that part. Just tested it and no "glass looking sand", but nicer grass...

Edit 2: Oh, sorry. Rain FX part was from @DiscoveryJoke. I credited him in config file (line 239).

Do you know if Legion fixed the meandering pit straight as well?

Hey guys, do you know if anyone is working on converting the Nogaro Circuit from Raceroom into AC yet?
It's such a good track for old cars and this version seems pretty good.

Have you tried the rFactor/Terra21/optimized by Zwiss version 2.6 ? Not much to improve imo.

I think to apply the ghosting-effect in the pits, you have to define all the pitlane surfaces in the surfaces.ini of the track as pitlane.

Sorry, don´t know exactly what do you mean with "meandering pit straight". AI pit line, or the pit lane itself? I don´t see it "meandering"... 🧐

I was getting the same error using CSP 1.75. Upgraded to 1.76 to see what would happen and everything seems to work fine as the game loads with this specific car. I am using the car version 1.1. FYI.

Practically finished F1 1970/1971, even if some versions of the cars are like "frankstein", that is, base of a car, parts migrated from cars from other games and still missing some versions because I still couldn't learn to use Zmodeler to try eliminate textures from some parts to try to create some missing cars in my own way, because even using 3dsimed, I can't eliminate them. Now it's time to test the cars on the track to see if there are any more problems, but due to health problems that are not new, we'll see if I can do it soon. For now, there are some skins of practically all the main cars of the time.

Should work if you put the wanted ac_crew.dds in "Assetto Corsa\content\texture\". Untested tho but I always put files there I'd like to have "global" changed.

For people that for some reason don't like these magnificent balloons, just add these lines to the config:

[MESH_ADJUSTMENT_...]
MESHES = OBJ64
IS_RENDERABLE = 0

The lack of description makes me think it's just going to be good for grid-fill, but three posts makes me think it must be the mod of the year.

You're assuming that they've put RX500 in the post. One didn't mention what it was, and the other misnamed it.
