The password is valid but you have to copy it from the web page given in the YouTube page.
To make it easier, I modified the link in the listing which is WITHOUT password (and without virus - just in case...)

• You should be able to copy the files straight into you assetto corsa folder as long as you have the track installed. It will ask to override - backup your track if you want to keep the original files.

• If the new grass still won't show check your assetto corsa folder: extension/textures/grass_fx. You should have a "highlands.dds" file in there, otherwise no grassFX.

Hi, the national layout of ks_barcelona is no longer used. now the national layout includes the chicane, and does not go through the variant of curve 9.
someone who knows how to make the new layout that is currently used?

I did a quick OMP race suit and gloves for the M1 Procar but my NM plugin for PS has shat the bed, and trying to create NMs in Materialise seems to flip the normals for some goddamn reason.
No time to faff any more so if these are of any use to anyone and someone with a newer version of PS that has 3D filters wants to create NMs from the DDSes I'd be eternally grateful.

Thank you. I hope someone could do such a RSR Live Timing Fix for "Bernese Alps" sometime. 🙋‍♂️

After driving Bernese Alps again after a long time, I found a small workaround for the RSR live timing problem. Of course, you may have already figured it out yourselves. Since the red outlined areas are the trigger, you can avoid the problem of the invalid lap by simply driving past the side (green marking). This may not be an ideal solution, but a fix by the author is probably not to be expected.

EDIT: There is still a better solution. Simply set the value of DIRT_ADDITIVE at SURFACE_3 to 0 in every surface.ini (for all layouts). Thanks to @leBluem for this tip.

I noticed that the speedometer is reading the wrong speed.

When the needle is at 300, the speed is at 265 km/h.
Maybe need to change this in analogic.ini..

It's a nice ride, the road gets Richard Burns - narrow but somebody really should try and improve the track, graphic flaws...

Assetto corsa today
I am more and more amazed how many new mods and by that I also mean redesigns of existing mods are coming into circulation. When I see for example how Spa 2022 looks like, it's a big difference (especially the trees) to the old one or the M1 Procar by Pfalzdriver and colleagues, super how the glass of the tour counter is made or the new Alpine A310 Turbo with a sensational interior. In addition, there are many new mod developers and many things look much better than originally developed by Kuno. In the past (till 2017) many Carmods had a more "primitive" 2 D look in the cockpit. Today it looks really good in 3D. I don't know what the reason for that is, whether new better SW has been created to implement it that way?
Today I drive 85% AC, 10% AMS2 and the rest ACC or R3R. No matter what else I test, I always come back to AC. For me, the end of AC is once again a distant prospect. It looks really great today and can keep up with any new sim (for example has ACC this flickering trees and it seems for me a more bad quality compared to AC).
Plus the many new mods, as if AC had only just come onto the market.
If Kunos wants to launch AC2, I wonder which SW they will try it with, because without the involvement of the modders, it won't work.

I thank all modders here from the bottom of my heart for their incredible work, with Patreon you can also support some a little.

I am curious to see which existing mods will be given a new look in future. One of my favourites would be the BMW 3.0 CSL, which is there, but the dashboard is inferior quality.
