yep, I deleted the mod because of that
I just was near this point until someone told me that he has learnt how to deal with that kind of issues by other way.

Obviously I won't ask him nothing about this, I just prefer not to know. But with his help now I can get "fixed" cars that were meant to be untouchable.

Of course I won't share any sensible content, and more obviously I won't facilitate this person's identity.

Only reminding that there's always another option there. It's just a matter of patience and learning, as all AC modding stuff.

Even f this mod is awesome, i don't get why people encrypt converted models from Forza, or Project Cars, which is basiclally the case for the MKIV, MKII, 330, 906, Shelby Cobra, R380 and possibly other?
tbh not all of them are encripted, the MKI, II and IV, the porsche 904/906, and the shelby daytona aren´t, which is kinda strange, but it´s the way it is

can someone help me? the track Valentino park has hay bales named 1ROADobj081_SUB1, so the cars don´t collide with it properly, but when I try to rename them, it breaks the whole track. Can somebody give me a hint or take a look onto this? Thanks!

Okay, I admit it: I couldn't resist. I had to do it. (The case is connected to the CINTURE_OFF, so it is only visible in the showroom) 😂
However, since the GTR2 grid is expanding, I want to contribute another car beyond the TVR. Obviously it won't be perfect and I still need to glean as much information as possible to make it as real as I can (when I publish it I will indicate everything that was done and why). At the same time I will start working on the conversion of the Mosler MT900R (for now I've only grouped the main 3D elements).

From Forza Horizon 5 ? Sweet

BRUH my AC just takes 200gb, HOW THE **** did you got 2TB???
hoarding all cars and tracks I can download (having 6500+ cars and 1300+ tracks just isn't enough I guess ;) )
It's an illness I think .. spending time looking for new mods , when you have already hundreds of good ones at your disposal...
Because "that next new one could maybe be slightly better then the best one you have already". At least I think that is my motivation, not 100% sure. And I've been diagnosed with ASS ... which also will play a part in it I believe.

(NOT saying everyone here who has 5000+ cars potentially has ASS , don't get me wrong. )
Just compared both versions and my opinion is (no matter if one is uploaded by me or not ):odd:

My upload looks much too dark but the dashboard looks cleaner and "more polished"
Saxxxons upload looks maybe more finished but somehow "cheap" Washed out...

So in the end it´s a matter of everyone´s taste which version he like more. But i would say NO Version deserves to be called: finished or ready :guilty:
Maybe we can make a 3rd version with best of both worlds (Saxxons one w the dashboard of the other one?)

EDIT: an internet (youtube) spot, for all pick-up lovers :

There's a Mosler MT900R GT for AC already, in case you didn't know.

Interesting car, apparently Historic sim studios are doing physics for it. Anyway, great to have another 50's f1 car.

I hope I'm writing here for someone who understands me or us or someone who is thinking about encrypting their mod.

Please excuse me guys, but i think, it's mostly just about emotions, i decide to invest much time in a project, i put in the effort and then i'm so weird about it and encrypt everything so that no one steals my work or even looks at it? Really such mental nonsense. These are just weird ulterior motives, really imo.

Why do I care? is the mod good and beautiful and unencrypted then I enjoy it, done.
Is it encrypted i only take the "i would say best mods" but all other goes to the bin.
I like LM's Mods but i drive them one time and delete them instantly, never seen again, thats sad.

I only looked at or dissected data in very rare moments. Of course sometimes I want to change something or understand something or copy a few lines here and there for my other mods, but that's totally fine?

If I buy or get something, I can do whatever I want with it, I can also put a candle on my head and shout moo loudly, that's my business.

Encryption is doom! I can't fix any errors, I can't improve anything, who wants that?

I don't want to bother you with this, I just like cars that I want to repair myself.

you can say thanks to guys like easy aka actk for this.

the LM pack would be up on his site in less time then you can say Bratwurst.

Encryption, encryption encryption
How about you guys stop posting every few weeks about encryption because honestly your outpourings are worse than the encryption itself.
Simple answer is to keep what you want and delete what you don't and move on with your life because it isn't gonna go away any time soon.

Reiter Engineering/Leipert Motorsport Lambo Gallardo 24h of Dubai replica 2k/4k/6k + Aston Martin DBR9 update

to install: unzip and choose which res you want and drag the "content" folder to CM

both in the usual place for download.

This is for Chem Flummi's version of the lambo. Neither f302's or Chem's is perfectly accurate they all have body differences so i chose Chems because i prefer it. Plus i dont want to get involved with f302's really it looks like a nightmare to do a skin especially a replica.

many many custom stickers had to be created or "re worked" which took ages, thanks to @RicME85 for the help in finding some stickers. There are a few minor differences due to various reasons but its a pretty good representation of the real thing. the front window is mapped with the rear i cant change this so there is bits from the front screen on the rear screen, not noticeable from outside as it has an engine cover going over it for me this was no big deal so i stickered the screen and left it. I cannot black the front quarter glass out either due to mapping, but again its not a big deal for me so i let it slide

front race plates and digital display removed when in game (only shows in my CM showroom with plates and display)

1 more skin to do before xmas.

pics of what i have done to the Aston:

changed the interior skin to make it more acceptable to real life even though it is still 100% fictional plus added the towing arrows. no other changes made

I love the P13c, it's still one of the most spectacular driving cars in sim racing, but it's really only useful for hotlapping and league events. It's hands down the worst AI car I've ever used in AC. (I'm sure there are **** mod cars out there that I've never driven extensively that are worse).

It wrecks everywhere. It wrecks on Kunos tracks, it wrecks on Lilski tracks, it wrecks on Nukedrop tracks, it wrecks on everything I've ever tried. It is unusable in AI weekends. And spectacularly so - it will just explode right into the wall with no care whatsoever, and Turn 1 unfailingly retires 5 or 6 cars. I spent a few days trying every troubleshooting step possible to fix it a few years ago, to no avail. VRC and Kunos modern protos in the exact same test scenario work just fine (or, you know, as expected for AC). It was clearly not a priority (or even a concern) for the team when making it, which is fine, but a bit of a shame, as it's a top 5 car for me in the game. I just never drive it anymore because no one runs it in pub lobbies and I would prefer a short AI weekend to hotlapping 95% of the time.

Maybe a modern P13c update will finally fix it. It is otherwise still excellent. The tire warm up and temp management is significantly better than any other AC car I've driven, and the FFB feel is second to none. You can really feel the edge of the road in this car - it's remarkable.

If this is an IER return, even a minor one, I'd actually be more interested in updates to the Oreca and Dallara Corvette USCC protos. Still great cars as well, but certainly could use quite a bit of touching up. Last update for those was now 5 years ago.
I completely agree, It would easily be in my top 10 mods if this wasn't the case. For me personally ai performance of mods is a big deal to me. Since the mod is encrypted, you can't really do anything about it.

Hopefully the ARX-03B means we also get a physics update for the ARX-03C (P13C), which is what I've heard through the grapevine as the reason they're even making it in the first place.

But I hope if that does happen, the new physics have a knock-on effect of making the car actually useable in an AI race, that'd be sweet.

your grapevine is hearing from the wrong sources. I highly doubt the P13C gets an update.

I'm still skeptical that a Facebook post constitutes a return at all, even if it is from the "official" page (that has been almost completely dead for 5 years).

But if the buzz grows, and there indeed is public AC mod work going on, I'll likely head over to the P13C's RD thread and give them a "nudge". ;)

EDIT: Looks like mclarenF1papa has also posted on the RaceDepartment thread. That's enough smoke to think something is happening.

I have left my "nudge" about the AI, and have tried to be as polite as I could. What a nice Xmas present that would be, driving offline against AI in the P13C. Might even push a few guys in my Discord over the edge to purchase the mod.

Fingers crossed.

The more RPM there is in the engine, a very aggressive and immersive vibration appears. as shown in this video:

Does anyone know if there is already a mod that does this?

I have already started working on a Mosler MT900 GT3 too, as i don't particularly like the quality of the models currently available in AC.
But I haven't worked on the Mosler for a long time because of the updates for the Ultima and my other three cars.
So there will be come a new update for BMW, Vertigo and Mantis after i have finished my support and work on the E46 M3 GTR and after that i will continue my work on the Mosler MT900 GT3. The pictures are not entirely up to date because I have already created the rear diffuser on the model.
