lol Its the only version where the Ai works but it could be my PP filter also YT tends to butcher video quality looks like pixels compared to what it looks like on my PC.

Nvidia Geforce software for video capture is horrible as well. Will try recording in OBS soon.

Still no tips on who the original author may be? If I google the (very specific) foldername (morgan_aero_ss_ver3-1), the only result is my own question in this thread. I would like to search more active, but all I have to go on is: author = ?
Anyway, if no tips arise before friday, I will just post the update and take it down whenever the situation changes and ask me to do so.

I think it is/was RTM and because no one likes rtm or exmods these days, the author was probably removed

But at least the driver always appeared, even on encrypted cars.

I noticed since a while the driver not appearing when I click the DRIVER tickbox (for me on ALL mods... ) ,
but when I also tick the checkbox CREW , the driver appears along with the crew...

Hope this helps you (as workaround).

Thanks! the cup98 mods definitely will be remade in the future, but i really don't know when. Next release is the 2007 ASA Late Models ;)

I'm going to need to re-download this stuff - I tried giving it a run over the weekend, and the cars load, but just stay planted when I get in gear and hit the throttle. Might be that I didn't do a clean installation, so going to give that a try.

Try installing the car manually. If it doesn't work, try disabling extended physics, they may cause trouble with the tyre physics because NASCARs didn't race in the rain at the time

I am currently at war with my college administration for not respecting the terms mentioned in the learning agreement we students signed. And these guys are not happy that I dared mention that they do not do their job and want to try to take me down.

So for now, I don't know. And I can't answer you about it. I have to deal with this first before having to continue progress on the mods

I know how to reposition the whole driver, but moving up only the legs are beyond my knowledge... which isn't much, by the way... 🥳

Thanks, I did try that a few days ago. The crew appeared but the driver was still AWOL.
I've reported the issue on the CSP Discord, so hopefully Ilja will notice it.

Little update about the Iso Grifo : interior is 90% done I would say, still a few bits to do (center mirror, some vents, lights, etc) but I probably wont go further in terms of details. Have to balance between detail, time and performance :D. Texturing is going well, gauges are totally custom and done, still needs to get the logos right, and the dummies cleaned. Obviously there is only a basic AO on blender and no shadows, but you can still guess the result a bit before I put everything in AC.

Don't expect any release date for now, but it's going well :sly:

Hello, I love this kind of car and I can't wait to drive it on AC one of these days! keep on going !
 
The VRC Touring Cars are undoubtedly my favourite car pack in Assetto Corsa. They're superbly executed, and this class of car has for me the perfect balance between performance and handling - fast enough to get you into trouble but not so fast that you can't recover from it.
Does anyone have suggestions (with links if possible) to suitable grid fillers?
I've currently added the PM3DM cars, the Volvo 850 Wagon BTCC 1997, and F302's BTCC Audi A4 Quattro.
I deleted most of cars pre-Christmas so can't just trawl through my collection for candidates... so is there anything obvious I've missed?

I think you are only missing the 1994 Alfa Romeo 155 TS BTCC from F302

Ah, good shout about the Integra - thanks.
There's no bopping from my end, I just use them as they come. The 850 is a little slow, but it's good to see it out on the track.
I'm not being too precious about exact years, so long as they fit the general era and flesh out the grid with some variety.
