Anyone can get an average-semi good score in a drift zone. What takes real talent is getting a score so pitifully low that it defies belief. So after a good 5 minutes or so, I have achieved what I think to be my collossus, I have reached the height of my Empire to achieve a beautiful... 27 points.

Well, that's what I thought. Turns out I had been completely embarrassed by another.

Is this person a God? Are they Immortal? I don't know, but maybe. Just maybe, he's one of us...

All I know, is that o0 Bobbii 0o is now my hero, a God amongst men... Until someone gets 2 points, or 1.

Haha. :)

Speaking of drifting (ish). A pretty decent way of getting XP fast is doing a circuit with some of those concrete walls around some of the corners, and using a skill boost HE car with the perk that boosts wall taps, (its instant 9k every time) and keeping the combos going long enough ofcourse. On top of that there's an XP booster (3x I think) for 3 races which costs 10 points.

Takes a little bit of practice I guess but it's not hard at all.

I made a 5 lap "race" (not concerned about winning it obviously) in the short circuit in Byron bay which has small part of it on gravel. I got around 200k XP.. that's 10 wheelspins. Pretty nice if you ask me. :)

Why isn't this downloading faster? Come on shoddy Internet connection.

Unrelated, but anyone else feeling a little overwhelmed by the amount of events?

I'm constantly bouncing back and forth between regular races, blue prints, danger signs, speed traps, drift zones, street races, barn finds, CR drivatars and whatnot. And by the time I got a few of them done, I'm ready to expand one of the festival sites, so there are new events popping up everywhere
I feel ya'. I've had the credits roll after finishing the final Showcase event a few days ago but my world map is littered with signs everywhere. Not to mention that I still have three more festival site expansions left so it's only going to get worse.

:O

I'm getting annoyed that I can't find two roads that I need. I've looked over the whole map and I can't find the roads.:banghead:

Loving the game so far. Just unlocked the Surfer's festival site and downloaded my VIP and Motorsports cars. I've also recruited @nick98 and @MXH to my Festival Crew as I look to build my own GTP squad.

I do like that they went with a 'quality over quantity' approach with the Showcase events. While there weren't as many showcase events as previous games, they and much more of a special feeling to them. Although that being said, I feel as though the choice for the final showcase wasnt really the greatest. It was sort of an underwhelming feeling upon finishing it know that I've pretty much finished that section of gameplay, and it would've been a bit nicer going out with more of an exciting bang.

So you were the one to hire me according to the Drivatar Reward message. That adds up to a total of 9 people who are currently having me part of their lineup. Dare to fire me though!

The Ultima 1020 has too much power to be useful. You spin it all away at anything below 200kmh. And by that time, the competition is already gone.
Made a 700 hp Chevy SS and that thing still spins it's tires, anything above 700 hp you basically have to put it at awd.

Coincidentally, after I bought a 2017 GT-R this morning, I soon won a GT-R Horizon Edition :D

Also, i'm having some fun with the convoy feature. I went around and found some club members here and had a nice little road trip :)

Gotta love how almost every playground adventure, everyone votes for S2 class, supercars and hypercars. Even though they're worthless off road, which all of the Games are mostly comprised of.
Guarantee it's mostly 15 year olds that crack a fatty to whatever the hypercar of the week is.
