Mileage Exchange Update Brings Back Pug Power With RCZ Gr.3 Road Car

Gran Turismo Sport 81 October 16, 2018 by

It’s getting on for a year since Gran Turismo Sport‘s launch, and Polyphony Digital has updated the Mileage Exchange for the 53rd time.

Although you might have expected something a bit different for the game’s birthday, this refresh is on the usual schedule. That means that this week we see new cars as well as all the other new items.

For Week 53, that’s the Peugeot RCZ Gr.3 Road Car, and the BMW M4 Safety Car. The Exchange prices both at 4000Mi, still discounted from the 5000Mi full price.

There’s a theme in the wheel choices this week: OZ Racing. Every one of the 16 wheels is an OZ item, which is good for the completionists. The racing-style “center lock” wheel is the pick of the bunch, but there’s plenty on offer.

As usual, there’s nothing really new in the other areas. The very short list of helmets, poses and decals means most players have all the items by now.

Again, the exception is the paints. The palette this week resembles a very odd assortment of jellybeans, as opposed to the usual ordered list. There’s eight new paints, including a YGG1 Colorshift, mostly filling in the remaining gaps. Interestingly, two of the repeat items first appeared in the very first Mileage Exchange.

These items will remain available until 0859 UTC on October 23, at which point the Exchange will refresh all but the cars.

If you still need to pick up some Mi points for the Exchange’s items, check out our tips and tricks on how to get quick Mi points via the Achievements.
