I have to say for a change apart from not applying my fix he has improved it..........he has managed to get the AO onto the car without the nasty bits coming through around the badges on the AO i couldn't do that plus you can see the windows now in CM showroom and removed the fog lights in CM showroom. As it is on his website this is what you get............I expected that. At least, my dear EASY, you could do AO skins for real. The rest was already there

i agree it does kind of annoy me i can just see countless people downloading that Escort taking 1 look at the windows and then putting it in the recylce bin when in reality its a great little car to have fun with. I dont like to see people miss out when its easily avoidable. Surely he checked this thing on track...............
It is true. In my case I admit that my mod is not exactly the best in optimization, but changing a lod_d with only 2 objects with a heavier one is something I don't understand. Then, as you said, maybe they throw it away for this reason. Unfortunately I make the lods by hand and they are not perfect, but at least there is a reason why certain things are made in a specific way.
yep, exactly my point!!! This Escort is not even made by me and it bothers me. Your Tvr was created by you over i do not know how many hours..........100's? 1000's?.............all for EASY to come along and make it worse.

For clarity, I don't want to offend him. I think I was clear when I said that just write to me for any changes etc. The mod is free, he put it on his site and amen. But it would be advisable not to write things in the changelog that are not true or that he didn't do.
In theory his idea is really great but he uses it in the wrong way. Creating an encyclopedia of mods, an orderly and precise reference point, would be a great thing. I've been working on the TVR for a long time, about a year. I always wanted it to be free and unencrypted because I believe in cooperation. But I don't want to continue if someone gets involved, gets it worse and starts his own business (modsfire is like sharemods, am I wrong?).
If I'm not mistaken he was also banned here for this. As said before, I have nothing against him, but I don't think it's a nice thing to do. 😪

It's not specific to the WSC one, it's the Kunos P4 spyder having some weird interaction with the weather effects and real mirrors. Add a 'single seater' tag to it in CM or add single_seater=1 (or open_wheel = 1, I forget which) to the ext_config and see if that helps. Frankly, I don't know and maybe I don't want to know. After all the time it took to put this mod together this is seriously the last straw. I didn't encrypt it as the creator, he encrypted it after he stole it. Seems legit.
i'm just sat here thinking (i no, i no its dangerous) and he must be doing this so he can strip away anything to do with your name on it, then put it under encryption so nobody can check............
My bad, i did a clean check and now everything is ok. The car is unencrypted, thank God.

no worries, so what are you going to do going forward? he has still offered your car on his platform when asked not to...........how do you get around that without encryption???. Even with encryption he can still host that car
Don`t know what all variables are rsponsible for and if the error comes back under other circumstances but for now a quick test with the "SINGLE_SEATER=1" addition helped. THANKS

The only thing I should do is provide the hash of the zip that I will upload at the next update, in order to have an identifying key of the original file. If anyone has a better idea, it's welcome.

It's difficult because someone doesn't respect a small wish that I expressed. I didn't say that no one can make improvements to it, but at least try to collaborate by creating a complete mod and not 700 thousand versions scattered everywhere (which is why there is a section in the description for thanks to those who gave me a hand and the one dedicated to those who provided me with feedback). Buuut It's also true that continuing to "complain" is useless, I know.😬
