It does exist. GTR2 Port (forgotten were I got it from), we don't have the LM GT2, only the GT2 from BPR and speaking of Callaways and niche cars, these exist too.

Callaway C15 and the Panoz GTR-1 Road Car. If not mistaken, chemflummi is working on a C15 and should be free. I don't know when it will come out. It's been the works for about months to my knowledge.

The GT2 is close enough if you are able to share it and the do you have the link for the GTR-1 Roadcar? I actually asked about that many months ago and didn't realize there was one made.

The ZZII mods are nice but are quite different from the LM/GT version that is from Gran Turismo 2 as that one is more in line with late 90s GT1 cars, but the ones linked are good aswell, especially that red livery.

Decided to play with the chrome shizzle for a skin. (took the WTR 10 Caddy as an example).

Comes out OK, chrome looks good, but the rest of the skin is darker and matte now ? The ext_map is alright - those parts are in neon green, no alpha channel, main skin file has the alpha channel set for the carbon... And yet. Any tips ?

When I select car country I have a new country in the list: Japan + Germany.
When I click on it no car appear, it indicates 1 as number of car in the country.
I scrolled trough all my Japan country cars and all my Germany country cars, but none are Japan + Germany.
All I want is to get rid of it.

Edit: found the culprit, supra_gr_schnitzer car had the *******g country set wrong. S*****d modder!

So, we can't tell EVERYTHING from this snippet, but here's what we CAN say:

1. Your server (49.202.77.147) is hosted at OVH, a French Cloud and Web hosting service.
2. Your server is reaching out to a service hosted at Orange (90.92.237.231) which is geo-located in Gif-sur-Yvette, France. We can't tell why or what for.
3. The traffic uses randomised high numbered ports (typical of web services)
4. The connection is made over TCP (standard, widely used, handshake based protocol)
5. The handshake and connection succeeds so the remote server IS available (the message implies a break in an already working connection)
6. Your server reports, "I had an error reading the length of his sentence, because he hung up in the middle of it."
7. The "wsarecv" error indicates this is from a Windows system (your server) from the Windows Socket API.
8. Possible causes:

• The remote host actively terminated the connection ("Nope, don't want to speak to you anymore.")
• A network connectivity issue caused the connection to drop ("Ooops. Packet-pasta fell on the floor.")
• A security mechanism or firewall may have interrupted the connection ("Nope, my daughter may not speak to you.")

I realise that this might not be helpful to answer "Why is this happening?" but at least you know WHAT is happening.
I'd suggest speaking to Assetto Hosting to trouble-shoot the Orange issues, via their host OVH.

But, apparently, I don't think it comes from the Mods. It works on a friend's servers himself at Assetto Hosting.

Sometimes, I feel like banging my head against the wall for not having the necessary knowledge to fix this kind of problem myself

Feel free to give it a try. I'll admit it's not my best effort because there was so much wrong with the track that I only fixed what I could through the config and optional track skins. The textures are the same, but the shader values have been altered. Maybe some day i'll take a stab at fixing the couple of buildings and hay bales that have horrible shadowing.

Couple of notes:

-- You don't need to use either of the track skins. They just make the grass progressively darker than the adjustments I made with the config. Try the track without either track skin first and if the grass is still too bright, then try enabling one of the skins and see if you prefer it that way.
-- You don't need to use the included vao patch so feel free to delete it.

Updated the config with some changes by @shi , some more shadow fixes for objects that didn't have them and added an alternative config that will make the trees darker (thanks to @shi ). You just need to rename the config file for the darker trees.

If you already downloaded the mod, just use the attached zip file to get the updated files. If you are downloading the mod for the first time, use the link in the quote.

Mega fun car to drive, I guess it was probably meant for online racing mainly. New data file (+ a backup to avoid checksum errors online too):
Fixed shifting RPM range for the AI and fine tuned the AI braking hints.

ALSO: Changed the gearing setup parameters: instead of each gear by itself, it's now dictated by a final gear ratio. This is because the AI setups it's gearing that way, the original car base setup has an extremely long 5th gear that although it could be fixed in the setup screen by the player it killed any hopes of AI being fast.

Yes, I do want!
No worries about the physics, we can just copy the data files from another corvette and it will drive fine. I just want to see the back of them (and a Porsche 993) while driving in a McLaren F1 around Le Mans 1995/1998.

Hey guys, I made a proper video that demonstrates how amazing Assetto Corsa classic Formula-1 can be.

1. You have top notch cars (ASR 1992)
2. You have top notch tracks (Shin's and others' insanely good 1992 track pack)
3. Delicately set up championship settings
4. Personally, I like 20 lap races so that the race is about 30 minutes, plus 15 minutes qualifying and 1 mandatory pitstop for all cars. I don't think it feels like a real race without mandatory pitting.
5. Added sparks

Result: Insanely accurate season, with Mansell totally dominating in his completely SUPERIOR active suspension Williams FW14B (AI 100). When player is fighting back with Senna (McLaren) MP4/6B-MP4/7A you gotta be quite damn good sim racer if you want to beat him.

AI is as flawless as it can be on AC due to superior tracks and cars. No crawling cars, no traffic jams, no insane aggression (when all has been set up properly). You will have the best classic F1 experience you can get.

As much as I love AMS2 and what they're doing and rF2 they don't come even CLOSE. Watch the video and see how amazing AC can be. (My new 1992-1993 Leaderboard mod). Enjoy.

Put subtitles on. They will describe what driver and track it is. All 16 tracks.

i am really glad you like it. i am also a big lover of 90's F1 championships. I have done the physics for it so i apreciate and it makes my day for seen such Feedbacks. Off course Alessandro and the Team spend an insane amount of work behind it to become that good looking and sounding cars so i will also let them know you appreciate it
