Thanks. I understand, maybe...😂No mate it is not, essentially what you are doing is taking a low resolution sticker and then running it through an upscaler to 4k or whatever resolution you want (upscaling to 4k is free and you get 20 "upscales" to 8k for free), once you have done that and your sticker is correct and clean you then import it into paint.net and resize it in there to whatever size you want and place it in the correct position............
if you ever just need to resize something (not upscaling just a resize) use this AI tool as it works 100% of the time and it is quick:https://www.iloveimg.com/resize-image#resize-options,pixels for instance if i want to pull an AO off of a car i cannot genrate a 4k AO as my computer is to slow and takes 2 hours so i generate a 2k AO and "resize" it in that AI tool i just linked
you use the "multiply" option to be able to see where you are putting your stickers on the body of the car, nothing more than that
the first pic has the AO layer set to "multiply" the second picture has the AO set to "normal"........you can see the difference and what i mean.

To place the stickers, I extracted the car map via CM, then used it as a reference layer over the background
