Big Kudos to you @Peter Boese and Ilja, it´s just amazing how good AC looks with the latest updates you gave us. This is just an example with stock pure filter, nothing edited etc. I am in love. :bowdown:

Yes, good tip, first thing I did, the issue is only in VR, the glass does not look transparent when transparency is not set to yes. Usually a quick fix in custom showroom, if the car is not encrypted.
As for the totally unrelated issue of the shifting hand stuck on the shifter not moving, in light of @Masscot reply, I do not understand where the issue is.
I don't know how I overlooked the transparency issue; I've reviewed and corrected it. As for the shift animation, I haven't seen any problems. Thanks for letting me know.

for most people yes, since "Straighten AIs trajectory when starting" is for controlling cars at the start of the race for not crashing at the front cars i believe that they forgot to add a time frame ... so cars follow that rule infinity. anyway it will probably be fix in the next update ,until then just uncheck the box for "Straighten AIs trajectory when starting"
 
Not that I am a fan of paid content but since it is made with pure dedication to the game I would like to share the current progress on Cape Ring made by SteelRacing here. Maybe one of the last real track modder next to Abulzz and Nukedrop.

Looking good at the photos, only like in real life nothing is perfect, as there is always dirt, scratches, garbage, painting wear or clearly to see repaired damages. They should not forget that aspect when publish the final version as in my opinion this is an essential factor for the immersion.

I'm having a weird issue with VRC's FW37 mod. Randomly, during qualifying, the game just freezes, at random.
According to task manager, the game is still responsive, but it is frozen when attempting to focus it.

EDIT: It's escalated, now I can't even start races after qualifying, because the game just freezes up now.

It's just one problem after another with this game...

Which CSP version are you running ? happens for all cars in all tracks , including Kunos ?
Latest CSP. And in the last race I was running VRC cars (Super Touring) on Reboot Team Oulton Park.
But also had it happen on Road Atlanta with RSS GT3 cars.
 
Alright I've slept on this thing long enough so here it is. The whole 2007-11 Indycar skinset shebang ported from RF2 (which itself was ported from RF lol).

This has taken me a whole ass month because it was the most tedious, boring, mind-numbing thing to do so if there are : missing helmets, wrong configs, wrong names... It's gonna stay that way. I also gave up halfway through adding the oval aero to the right skins so you'll have to do it yourself - I'm done with this **** and I realllllyyy don't wanna see another Dallara IR-05 in my life lmao

- 465 skins across those four years condensed into one package because **** having to do it again for the oval car.

- custom driver (cobbled together by lack of skills) needed and given so most of the helmets are there.

- gotta install said driver model in the right folder tho.

- possibility to switch the visual parts from road to oval with the good ol' ext_config trick

- added tyre_fx stuff so the cars can have those alt tyres thingies from 2010 onwards (but I think I have those switched, cba to fix it)

- custom liveries icon to better distinguish the years

- separate car so it won't overwrite the original POS.

Thanks, I made some tests with latest CSP on Oulton Park (reboot) with F488GT3 and URD EGT 2019 but was not able to reproduce the bug. Maybe a car script in the mod that is producing some mess with CSP ?

As for the shifting animation, you mentioned doing something different, so it is probably not compatible with my CSP version. As a VR driver it is more obvious to me than for single screen driver, as most don’t even see the shifter when driving.

Good evening everyone. A quick question: does anyone know how far along Bazza and his team are with developing the WSC70 mod featuring the prototypes from those years? A while back, he showed some of them off, but we haven’t heard anything since. I’d hate to think he’s shelved that project for Assetto Corsa.

WSC69 comes first, WSC70 will be a smaller pack to compliment the past sets and to round off the three sports car packs.
 
That really fixed it.
Did not fix it for me sadly......

All AI cars still off pace, meaning i had to regress AGAIN to ...212...

Shame- I wanted to check the gains Mascott had noticed.

What is going on peeps. There is still a mystery here to be unravelled......

I use AI A LOT. I race offline, and have been tweeking their settings. On installing latest ...322..., the AI took a Noticable head-dive...

sheeesh.......

We really are getting to a 'Be happy with what you have'
scenario and stick until proven otherwise.

Thing is... it seems so utterly INCONSISTENT!

Been playing with Ben's Whisperer (as per others here), and thought I was getting somewhere,, but,,, DOH!

This worked. Thanks for the simple suggestion. I hesitate to bring up such elementary problems to such an experienced group but it really helped solve my issue immediately and get back to the fun. I am eternally greatful for all this forum's expertise!
The CSP cars are meant for YOU! the driver, the non CSP cars are meant for the Ai. If that helps further.

Hm, I only use live weather and timing, really don´t have clue. But as I wrote, only pure filter + LCS, no further things adjusted. Maybe some CM settings may cause a substantial difference, but I donno. For me this was the final proof that I don´t need any extra ppfilter from external creators.
