Hehehe awesome. I like the looks of the racing version, hopefully we get it as well. :D

1:1 power ratio, if it handles half well and suspension tuning's allowed, this'll probably be my favourite VGT yet.

That's going to be one hell of a "if", and that is what scares me about the car. PD could easily ruin this car by implementing stiff suspension/aero settings and not allow you to change them. Can we have our own way for once, PD? We know what we're doing, so just allow us to tune our cars in the way we want them...

Given the fact that quite a few of the VGTs do allow suspension tuning, I'm feeling very optimistic.

I'm betting this one can.

You're the only one lmao but feel free to express your own opinion ;)
He really isn't. There plenty of people out there already that have said that.

Because VIZIV and FT1 VGT has modeled and visible interior(same level as Peugeot VGT), and yet it isnt in game.

And its PD itself who didnt get any sense.

For the millionth time, All the VGT cars have interiors but only the enclosed cars have then blacked out. FT-1 VGT, Remember?

Funnily enough, that fin on the 2X looks like a camera :). But the Mazda LM55 has one tube on the roof, and the Red Bull X2010 cars have one on the nose as well. This tube is used to calculate air flow speed, which help in tuning the car's aero. It's not a necessary equipement for road cars, so they might have thought it looked cool, because they were combining "characteristics from GTs, supercars and sports prototypes".

OR, it could be used to aid that rear wing in the back.

As for the windowless doors, I'm not so sure about have cameras that could project images. However, I could see them being of a material that can no one can see inside but you can see out of (like that glass on certain buildings).

We know it's hard for a car to please everbody, but does he add anything else other than his basice "Don't like it" opinion? Not really, no. It doesn't really add anything special to this discussion...

Racing!

No side windows on the road car? Now no windows at all for the race car!

It could aid in adjusting the rear wing, but a road car doesn't really need that kind of precision (assuming the Pug is a road car). In game however, it doesn't really make a difference. But I'm still not sure what this car could be. It looks like a supercar, but some details suggest it's a race car, like the locks on the hood and on the back.

First, Mercedes removed the rear window, then Peugeot removes the side windows, now we wait for Bertone to release their window-less car...

That 1:1 hp:kg ratio should result in a 760pp car, more than any LMP, but will need some serious downforce to stay on the road.

Only with another name, replacing the name it didn't deserve.

Also, PC hype is so great that it almost derailed every GT6 thread
Dont derail any thread into PCars Master Race thread. Its absolutely not funny and stupid as for now. Heres the problem with PCars fans:
As usual, they posted this on the Gran Turismo Facebook page and the amount of Project CARS spam in the comments in ridiculous. That game has one seriously toxic community.
Its ok to embrace your game. But suddenly attack other fandom only further away the fans from PCars. If you the one who do this off topic, youre deserved to be called a troll.

Let the troll starve from attention.

Sorry, but it has to be said. Now on topic.

A VGT without any side windows ??!!

There is more chance of a frozen hell than for us to get this VGT with cockpit view :O

What if there are cameras on the car taking a 360 degree, realtime video and streaming it to the driver's helmet?

No interior needed really.

You are talking about "Augmented Reality" for the real car, which doesn't exist since this is only a preview of a virtual concept car...

Here in this thread, we are talking about the VGT we get to see and play through the Tele:
The fact that there are no side windows is a dead give-away for an empty interior...
... which means there are no need for any driver to be inside the VGT...

The driver will have to be outside of the car, controlling it remotely...

This is Peugeot's concept of a Drone car... you are playing with a Drone...
you are guiding your virtual driver to control this car remotely within the game... actually this car is all about artificial intelligence, it drives by itself...

This is the first VGT created exclusively for the enjoyment by B-Spec Bob...

you dont need to do anything, it will race by itself, you just sit back and relax a Drone driven by a B-spec Bob who is not even sitting in the car...

Another scenario is:
Unless of course, this VGT comes with real driver's helmet that you put on yourself before playing GT6, (of course you need to first download this helmet and 3D print it at home), then you will actually be able to see outside from inside the car, which by the way still does not have interior...

The third scenario is: (like you said)
There is a camera inside the cockpit of the VGT, it sends the visuals to your Tele, and you guide the VGT from looking at your Tele and punching on your controller.

This last scenario is the least likely to happen...

Is your mind blown already ?
Inception much ?

There is no sarcarsm here, so move along any of you jokers out there ;)

So it'll be an Apple?

I hope it sounds close. What's fun about this one is that we have a great clip to compare the sound

That is a great clip indeed, and I bet that while this Peugeot VGT may not really match the 208 T16's sound, with AES added to the mix, it might surprise many...
