Nissan R390, if only it was premium... =(
 
Not too long ago, I bought the Corvette C5R from the Online Car Dealership. If I can raise enough money doing Seasonals, I hope to get a car I never really cared for but like- the Cadillac Cien Concept.

I still have about a million Credits I'm holding onto in case I encounter the Nissan R390 GT1 Road Car. Figuratively speaking, that car is the rare beast I am trying to catch. Almost like that white whale to Captain Ahab.
 
Wouldn't a white whale translate better to a Rolls Royce?
 
Finally, I've found the Mazda RX-8 Concept LM Race Car that I've been looking for, for the last 6 months. I'll be testing it out as soon as I can. 👍

Hopped on after a day of remote racing and found an Audi R8 LMS Race Car in Ibisweiß waiting in my UCD. :drool:
The white looked so sharp, I had to drop the money on it - I now know what I'm doing with one of my new car refresh cards...
 
Funny enough, I got the RX-8 Concept LM car as a Ticket gift a few days ago. I was checking out the Seasonals I've completed, and all the ones I've cleared earned me tickets. So one of them was for a... Level 19 or Level 20 ticket. I ended up getting that RX-8 Concept LM Race Car for one, and then picked up the Takata Dome NSX (the Premium one).

Since I didn't BUY these, I didn't talk about them here. I have somewhat taken a break from seeking unique Standards and trying to snag some Premiums not yet in my collection. I haven't bought any DLC, so those will not be in my collection any time soon unless I purchase a DLC package with cars.
 
Audi R8 LMS Race Car '09 in Daytonagrau Perleffekt! I've been searching for it for ages (I'm at over 8000 game days) because it's probably my favorite paint code in all of autodom and by far my favorite paint chip in the game, plus it completes my Audi R8 LMS Race Car '09 set. :lol: But anyway, YAY!!!
 
Ferrari 330 P4.

All the same, one lap around the Nordschleife with it on RH (not like I could buy another set, I'm flat out broke :lol: ) and I can't remember the last time I had that much fun in a GT game.

Today I bought:

/ TVR Cerbera Speed 12
/ Toyota 86 GT
/ MINI Cooper S '11.

The Toyota 86 GT was bought so I could have a tuned version, while the MINI was bought purely for the new 'Hot Chocolate Metallic' colour available which looks fantastic. It is the only positive thing about the MINI.
 
-Hyundai Tyburon Turbulence ´99

Better handling that one would expect. With only 180hp, sports medium tyres, weight reduction 1 and a limit slip it fights well against other sports FF of "higher quality". I got mine in Rosso Scuderia. Looks hot!

- Subaru Impreza WRX Sti 22B

Very nice car because it's rare. Handles good in tarmac, though the stock transmision is too short. In contrast, when on gravel and snow, this Subaru is a beast! I have it almost stock, just a few tweeks like with the Hyundai. It came in Sonic blue, but I decided to paint it in WR Blue Mica... I discovered that the color is the same as far as I can tell.

It's a muscle car. It's awesome... Nuff said... Paint it in a creamy white that I can't remember the name of.

-Corvette GS C4

My favorite Corvette! And one of my dream cars. What a beauty. And OMG, that stock exhaust sound in chase cam... I'm getting goosebumps as I type this... Like the rest of my cars, it's almost stock. But it's good to mention that it's faster than its numbers might suggest. I didn't paint this one... it would be sacrilegous.

I pretty much got all the Premiums that I wanted. I'm focusing on my favorite standards right now. A few more, and the collection will be completed. My collection of favorite cars, that is. I don't like having more than 150-200 cars...

Never really payed attention to this supra, but it is better modeled than I thought. I love the boxy 80's look and how it handles way better than it looks :)

I bought more DLC paint so I got the Toyota FT86 II Concept.
 
All in my quest of getting that "Car Collector" trophy...
* Car #798 - finally got the 2002 Cadillac Cien Concept.
* Car #799 - picked up the Premium 1989 Nissan 300ZX TT Seater.
* Car #800 - got the Suzuki SX4 WRC.

800 down, 200 to go. We love cars!

New wheels for a few of my standard cars, now I need to go and tune some of them
 
I bought an annual premium membership, and some premium cars I didn't have before. Can't wait for the next DLC!

I've been waiting for months for the Chaparral 2J and 2D to pop up in the UCD. The 2J finally came up and I quickly snatched it up. Then a couple of turnovers of the UCD and the 2D came up, but I couldn't buy it because I didn't have enough credits thanks to the 20,000,000 cr. cap. I'm getting very tired of grinding, and grinding only to wait, and wait for the cars I want to come up. Then not be able to afford them because of this STUPID cap. FIX THIS PD, or let us trade for cars unrestricted again.

And I hope they never change it back.

Sure, waiting for "the right car" takes forever, but it also gives you a chance to pick up and try something you might not normally try. Plus, the updated OCD is a nice touch, as it kinda speeds up the process.

Unrestricted trades just cheapens the experience for everyone, imo.

Purple? Doesn't say but that's what it looks like. I don't recall which paint chip I got when I bought it, if I did at all.

It doesn't provide one, and I'm pretty sure it's a dark blue and not purple.
