Back when Gran Turismo Sport launched in October 2017, it faced two main criticisms. The first was that no true offline mode existed, while reviews also pointed to the relatively small amount of content.

While we’re still getting our teeth into the latest GT Sport update, it’s not all been plain-sailing for some players.

Right on schedule, the latest version of Gran Turismo Sport is now available on the PlayStation Network. Weighing in at 2.56GB, it introduces another batch of familiar cars as well as a new-to-franchise track in the shape of Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

Almost six months out from the game’s release, Kazunori Yamauchi has confirmed more cars and tracks are indeed coming to Gran Turismo Sport.

The maintenance period has begun in GT Sport, meaning the 1.11 update is now available for players to download. The newest version brings cars, tracks, events, and more to Polyphony’s racer.

First discussed early last week, update 1.06 is now available for GT Sport. Weighing in at 1.29 GB, the latest update not only introduces three new cars to the game, but also expands the game’s offline modes.

Back in 2016, Kazunori Yamauchi promised that GT Sport players wouldn’t have to wait long for new content to come to the game:
