The Spotlight is back again to share the goings-on within the GTPlanet community. Last week the attention was drawn toward 24 racing games recreated in the world of Forza Horizon 3, by user Yui-san.

It’s the weekend, which means another set of Forzathon challenges await players in Forza Horizon 3. Fresh of the release of Blizzard Mountain earlier this week, the challenges focus on off-roaders and rally legends:

We’re less than 24 hours away from the release of Blizzard Mountain for Forza Horizon 3 for Xbox One and Windows 10 players. Both Turn 10 and Playground Games appear to be just as anxious, releasing a 26-second teaser trailer for tomorrow’s expansion giving players of glimpse of what to expect.

It’s been a while since I’ve done this, so if you’ll allow me one moment of enjoyment: the Community Spotlight has returned! As ever, this feature is all about bringing attention to the workings of the GTPlanet community. So without further ado, let’s get right down to business.

As players prepare for the upcoming chill of the Blizzard Expansion pack coming on Tuesday, Playground Games continues the Forzathon tradition in Forza Horizon 3 this weekend. The spotlight this time shines on the House That Enzo Built, with a handful of events centred around the marque as well as a healthy discount:

2016 is drawing to a close. For some, it’s a time to reflect on the last twelve months. For the entertainment industries, it means awards season. We understand — we’ve even got our own GTPlanet Awards coming up — and for gaming, one of the bigger events of the year is the imaginatively-named Game Awards.

Yesterday saw the third car expansion land in Forza Horizon 3. It brought seven new cars, ranging from the big bruiser you see above to the small and suitably strange Morgan 3 Wheeler.

With just nine days remaining until the release of the first expansion for Forza Horizon 3, new images have begun to surface giving players a better idea of what’s in store for them when Blizzard Mountain arrives on December 13.

Winter has arrived. The first expansion for Forza Horizon 3 is shaping up to be a challenging wintry adventure, and Blizzard Mountain demands participants bring their very best — including warm clothing and snow tires.

It looks like someone at Playground Games has once again let the cat (or is it pig?) out of the bag. After a brief glimpse of what appeared to be a 911 GT3 4.0 RS during E3 2016, the brand has once again been spotted, this time within Forza Horizon 3’s menus.

After last week’s Thanksgiving inspired events, Forzathon turns it’s eye to giving you some more cash to spend on the 300+ cars in-game, as well as a 30% discount on every one of them. This week’s events are as easy as they come and you won’t have to worry about finding a game of Infected or hoping those in online adventure choose a class that isn’t based around hypercars — all events can be done without the multiplayer aspect of the game.

The strapping Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat has become the subject of another audio evaluation in GT Sport. Carried out by MotoGamesTV once more, the footage puts together GT Sport’s latest direct-capture audio sample of the car against the one found in Forza Motorsport 6.

After an exciting Audi RS6 showdown, the racing keeps getting more intense in the Forza Racing Championship. Drivers this week will be treated to some high speed fun in both the Elite and Recreational categories. The stars of the track this week will be the Audi #2 Audi Team Joest R18 e-tron quattro for Elite-class drivers and the Audi RS5 Coupe for those participating in the Recreational Series.
