Good thing BMW brought in the pro's at WRT to turn this thing around, last row locked down.:D
I was very surprised by that, as well as the General lack of pace from Porsche in both GT classes. The biggest surprise by far was the RLL McLaren getting 3rd.

Looks like the Evo kit doesn't work as it should (or perhaps they need time to understand it better). I was also surprised by the bad performances from Porsche in GTD.

It looks like they (Porsche) are hurting for top speed based on the T3 times vs the field.

And in a total flip from qualifying, the BMW GTP is 4th-fastest in night practice.

Soo, one of the highlights today was randomly running into Marshall Pruett...

...and having a 5-ish minute conversation about Hip-Hop music. Turns out, he's quite the enthusiast!

Cadillac, Acura, and Porsche look really close. BMW seems just a tick off

I wonder why the WEC can't get BOP right like this
To me it seems like the FIA can actually get the BoP pretty close for the LMGT3 cars but for some reason aren‘t able to do the same with the Hypercars.

Are they allowed to move the car while refueling like Penske just did? Seems a bit unsafe...

37.4.5. (SSR) Refueling is permitted at any time during a pit stop. The engine may be running and
the Car may be raised only on its airjacks. Refueling is prohibited when working under the Car
or when the Car is raised on stands, dollies or quick lifts

I‘ve just tuned in - Apparantly Penske, AO Racing, Pratt Miller and Winward are leading their respective classes, so everything as expected.

As announced, IMSA Live Telemetry now contains data for both GTD classes, alongside the already present GTP Telemetry.

Links to both Telemetry and Live Timing have been added to the OP.

I always forget the rulebook is available to everyone.

Edit: Big damage on the Risi Ferrari.

What happened to the #59 McLaren? I head an interview with the team but didn't pick up on what happened.

EDIT Some sort of electrical problem.

75 with a 100 second stop and hold penalty for violating stint energy requirements.

Yeah, sadly I’m losing interest. Watching other stuff until the last few hours leading to the end of the race.
